Believe the one star reviews about the horrible customer service - this branch earns them. I wanted to like it because I had an account and a mortgage with BB&T a few years back in another state, but this banking experience is nothing like the BB&T I banked with before. It's 2 big banks merging into one called Truist, so I plan to avoid that bank too. I'm just glad I found out before I moved any more accounts to this bank. It's a hassle to change, but it will be worth it. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bank.

Well, it looks as though there’s enough negative reviews, should I even bother. I’ve tried twice to make appointments, but never honored.

This location is your typical bank. Sheri is amazing, she’s on it! The best at this bank. Very customer focused and if there’s a line- she can get a lot of people seen. Ann Marie is a sweetheart! Always working and nice. Nevine is not as customer focused as I think she should be. She seems to escape work when there’s a long line and doesn’t assist when she can. She never seems to goes the extra mile.

I've always gotten GREAT service at the drive-thru for day to day things (even sweet to my crazy boys) but if you need something specific, call and talk to Marques. He's very helpful, friendly, and efficient! He helped us out A LOT when we had an issue and made us feel taken care of.

Initially REFUSED to turn a roll of quarters into a $10 note for me because I was not a BB&T customer. Excuse me? I want to convert one valid US currency into another and you are a BANK. That is what you are supposed to do. After the beginnings of making a scene about it, the teller reneged and gave me a $10 bill after going through the efforts of opening the roll and COUNTING the 40 quarters in front of me. Nice to see that people still trust each other...

SLOW service! Typical of most banks... but this branch has perfected poor customer service. A Friday afternoon and only ONE teller was at her post. Feels lousy standing in line for 20mins.

Perpetually UNDERSTAFFED Transactions that take 5 minutes elsewhere require 15-20 minutes at this branch. There's always a line stretching into the lobby.

I am new to the area and found the customer service to be exceptional.

Line of ppl and she say well im going to lunch And leaves. 3 other ppl sitting in the office.. im still in line..

It's a small bank branch. Nothing special
