Truist Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers

I decided to go to this branch because I was in town and WOW! What a Friendly staff, they were professional and quick service even though there was only one person at teller and front desk and the other woman was training. Kudos! Job well done

Very disappointed in the transition and the complete lack of service they now provide since it became Truist. No accountability or anyone available that can assist with a deposit issue. Been with SunTrust for 20 years but plan to move everything out.

I love this branch. Competent, friendly staff. Everyone is always smiling and helpful. They have really stepped up with the Covid crisis. However, since the merger with BB&T to become Truist, issues with the credit card service have emerged. The branch staff, banking sevices, and financial services are still wonderful but the credit card sevice is now deplorable. The branch staff have done everything they can to correct the poor credit card service but corporate has let them down. So use the branch but do not get a SunTust credit card. 5 Stars for the branch but 0 stars for the credit card department.

Friendly staff, professional and quick service. We've worked with Allen for a few years now and his service and kindness is exceptional. Both Allen and Chris always take care of us and have shown great patience with many last minute requests (not encouraged). I appreciate all that they do and hope they are recognized for always going above and beyond for their clients. Thank you!
