The Florida housing market finally recovered enough that I felt that our home would appraise high enough to take advantage of better interest rates. After research and conversations with various agents, I chose Matt Pell at Mortgage Warehouse. Having not dealt with property change in 15 years, the process was much more detailed than in the past. Matt explained all the paperwork that was now necessary and answered all of my questions.
