Truist S Walter Reed Dr, Arlington

Absolutely horrible!!!!! I went today to make a deposit through drive thru. I haven't received my new card since the merger has taken place and you can't make ATM deposits with the old card(total inconvenience). Teller said, I can order you a card. I asked specifically! Will this disable my current card, she said no it won't. Not until you activate your new card. Me thinking, she knows what's she's talking about concedes to her ordering the card. Flash forward two hours later- card is disabled and can't get cash or even make purchases!! Gas is at 31 miles to E, etc etc. I am livid at both her and Truist. Why block the cardholders card before they even receive their new card! Unbelievable. Truist merger has been snaggy since the beginning. This definitely has solidified my decision to take my business to another bank and all those that I know who still bank with them. Horrible and it a could have been rectified with a switch of a button (people make mistakes), but this is a system that was put in place that has totally inconvenienced a customer of more than a decade.

I went there in Friday and made a deposi and later called with inquiries and I got the absolute worse customer service ever. I was placed on hold for a long period of time at which point I used another phone number to call and then again was not helped at all. The customer service was very rude and disrespectful and I'm now feeling very different about continuing to keep my accounts and services with the bank at all. I'm very upset. And as is Saturday morning still have not received a return phone call to address my concern.

Taking incompetence to a new level. I arrived at the branch to make a withdrawal and they refused to honor my transaction because my signature changed ! I understand that this is a security issue , but I had multiple forms of identification to prove my identity. Again buyer beware!!!!

The Sun Trust bank staff is very welcoming to clients and respectful. They have bilingual staff that's helpful for none speaking clients. They have handicap parking and drive through services.

Never had a bad experience inside of the branch- customer service is great. 2 stars because the ATM is HORRIBLE and has ate my cash deposits TWICE and management has yet to fix the issue. DO NOT USE THIS ATM

These five stars are for Reggie. Reggie is kind, honest, straightforward, and is really able to relate to his clients. Amazing customer service.

The branches are okay, but the customer service is atrocious! VERY unprofessional and unhelpful! I have been DOUBLE CHARGED so many times with screenshots as proof and they have hung up on me and will not answer the emails that are sent! I will NO LONGER use their services and seeking LEGAL actions against them! I love screenshots and PDF's!

Would give a zero if I could. I have been a SunTrust member for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly at a location. Service is poor and staff is unfriendly.

The worst branch especially with its STM service. It’s most of the time either out of service or out of cash, Terrible.
