    This place is so poor no employee no customer service only one employee That work in the front and it is about 200 customers waiting on the line however at any time on any day you go to that location that services really really bad is mean no employee then why do you have a branch that is called Bank of America It should be removed.

    My grandmother went in to get assistance with her password/login was greeted by a lady named Carmen Fernández which was a blessing because my grandma feels better speaking Spanish. Carmen went above and beyond to assist my grandmother with all her inquiries. BOA needs more people like Carmen that care and want to help people with their issues with compassion and understanding.

    1 Teller and 12 people in line. They do not acknowledge customers or answer the telephone. Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, so much so that I will be closing my account. I was the 3rd person in line and waited 40 minutes to obtain a cashier's check.

    Yesterday afternoon, Feb 16th 2021 I can to this branch as they told me banking service is only with appointment, so I made the appointment for next day (Feb 17th) morning at 9:00am . Next day the bank door had a sign said temporarily closed. Unbelievable. The customer representatives who help me to make appointment didn’t even told me .     Horrible experience. Until you reopen the drive through your failing all around at Cuatomer service. No one wants to walk in when it isn’t necessary or wait 25 minutes to talk to a teller on something that couldn’t been handled in the drive through in half the time.

    I don't understand how a national chain bank can be so mismanaged. Hire more tellers, it's not that hard. You make me wait 30 minutes to give you my money again I'm going to make a scene and take my business elsewhere.

    I came to this location because I was in the area with my brother this morning dropping my sister-in-law off at work. The location had parking which was great. Once I entered the bank the greeter was very pleasant. Line was long didn't understand WHY its first thing in the morning after opening WHERE are your tellers??? So I finally get to the teller "Jaime" and he had no customer service at all. Counted my money wrong and didn't ask how I wanted the money back and gave it to me with no envelope. Then what was amazing to me he used the money counter and still gave the money to me wrong. I'm a BEAUTIFUL "BLACK WOMAN" I'm assuming I made him nervous and he wasn't being racist cause the costumer in front of me that had him surely got better service then I did. Won't be coming back to this location now I see why the ratings are very low.

    Worst bank branch that I have ever dealt with. We have a business account with this bank, and they routinely (at least 1-2 times per month) forget to check their night drop. On two occasions they said the only person with the key was on vacation and took it with them. Deposits are frequently delayed 2-4 days. Good luck getting someone on the phone, here, too. I have tried calling multiple days at multiple times of the day and they have literally never once answered (over 25 attempts made across various dates and times). They just let the phone ring and ring without answering. The manager here is incompetent, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I am switching away from Bank of America so I no longer have to deal with them and the multiple missing deposits. If I could give zero stars I would.
