After being denied by GECU twice due to being under 20. I began looking at refinancing my auto and I saw that TFCU had even lower rates than GECU... I looked at every credit union in El Paso and decided on TFCU. I submitted my application the night before and the next day I got a call around 3pm! I was approved for 1.95% for up to 55months I chose 48months with the same interest. Erica was my loan processor and was so punctional! Sandra helped open my accounts in order to finish the process in about an hour I dropped my 12.054% interest to 1.95 and I'm so glad I applied all done in the same day. Thank you Sandra, Erica and JEANNETTE, for all your help. The entire feel of this compared to GECU was more of what I look for in a credit union and I'm so relieved! Thank you!

Was a member of a big bank for a long while until we decided to change banks. While there are other banks in the area, we chose TFCU because of its commitment to the community. While other's have stated that they've had issues, our family continues to be impressed by the customer service, the upgrades to facilities, & the courtesy given to us.

This credit union has helped me through it all! I opened up my first account here when I got my first job, it helped me with my first credit card, and gave me loans for two cars (with a great rate!). Everyone has been super helpful and kind. I will always use TFCU!

Don't even go here managers are rude, Unprofessional, Unethical. Some employees always on the phone making personal phone calls. Some tellers always gossiping while working instead of working. Long lines, always short staff. Radio is not on a professional radio station. Ghetto music, too loud & obnoxious.

Drive thru takes forever is there only one employee working? I try and make it on my lunch break because I get off work at 5pm and it is very hard to make it at that time because you all close to early now. Now I'm going to be late getting back to work. I think it's time to switch to GECU later hours

I called TFCU because an electronic transfer had been declined. The transfer had my correct banking information and my name on the account. The bank rejected my transfer into my account, which was over $5,000, because I did not have a “checking account.” When I called to see if a new transfer was going to be posted, they did not want to transfer me to the EFT department, but instead put a hand in my face saying that it is not their problem and offered me no additional help other than to keep checking my account in the morning and after 3pm to see if the transfer went into the account. I would think that your financial Institution would want to help you, rather than just take and use your money for their benefit. What a joke.

I ordered a school spirit card. They charged me for it and never got it. When I went in to branch the lady said I had to pay again to order another one. Also, their drive thru wait is always to long. 😔😔
