    Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Service was completed quickly. All my concerns/questions addressed. Took my vehicle in for repairs under warranty to their shop at 8:30 a.m., got call at 4:30 p.m. to pick up my vehicle and was told repairs had been done. For the second time it hadn't. They had given me various excuses/explanations since the first time I asked if it could get repaired. The manager finally came to my house to install the part after they had my vehicle all day and I complained. What really got me upset was they told my twice repairs had been done and hadn't.

    My sales lady was Janet Murray who was very sweet, knew her job very well and fast. After being denied so many times I had given up and was just looking, but to my surprise she made it happened in less than 2hrs I was out in my new car and not only that, I got the car I wanted a Tucson with all the top of the line extras.     It wasn't a good one. My Tucson was recalled my first visit was bad i waited there from 7 am to 11 am to be told that they didn't have the part for my car . You would've thought that they could've checkedon Friday i they had enough parts for the cars that were scheduled for Saturday .so i waisted al Saturday morning there and if I hadn't asked about my car I would have been there till closing cause nobody would answer my texts about my car.Then the second Saturday I brought my car in when I got it back i had asked for the oil to be changed so when n they finished with the car there was a leak under the car and I was told by the person that was helping me thait was a water dripping cause they washed my car. So my husband checks and it's oil. So they take the car back to recheck it and bring it back later .i asked the person helping meif they had refilled the oil he said yes and that the oil belonged to another car not mine. But no other car was parked there until my car was parked there after they worked on it. He again told me he had washed my car .i knew he was lying because my car had spots all over it so I know it hadn't been washed 2 times probably not even 1 time. I will never bring my car in for any service there unless it's recalled. I didn't like that that person kept lying to me three times an with a smile on his face Your service dept.is really bad and unprofessional when I buy another car I WILL NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI

    People were nice. The only thing with this place is I made and appointment for an oil change at 11:30 and didn’t leave that parking lot with my car till about 3pm. They had a windshield wiper promotion and no where on the promotion did it say they had to install them but that’s what they told me so they took the car back to install them. It took them 40 minutes to install my windshield wipers and that whole time they had left my car on and idling so I got those bluelink notifications about my car engine being on. I asked to keep my old windshield wipers and they said it was ok but when I got my car back my old wipers were no where to be seen. At that point I was so tired of being there for 3 and a half hours I just left. When I made the appointment for the oil change I was told it would take tops 1 and a half hours and that turned out to be false.

    Steer clear of the service department. They add service items you tell them to hold off on and fail to perform services you requested. End cost was over $800 above what they quoted and because they didn't do what I requested, it's going to cost me more money and wasted time. They also told me I needed repairs that weren't necessary according to their own inspection report which the service rep didn't even show me.
