The customer service lady I spoke to would not wait to get all of the information before cutting me off and continuing to talk over me. But she tells me she feels that she has been more than patient and professional while dealing while accusing me of the very thing she was doing to me. I have been having trouble with texell(in general) more and more lately. They change my pin without my knowledge and I just found out that someone changed my account privileges without my permission as well. Update. Their mobile banking app is inaccurate. I was told that when there a pending withdrawal, that amount is no longer available for use. Such was not the case earlier this week, so now I ended up overdrawn and am now paying an nsf fee for a problem with their app. Just like I'm paying three overdraft protection fees for being overdrawn when I'm not supposed to be able to do that, but someone changed my settings WITHOUT my knowledge and approval. Very seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Its been 12 years roughly, and the past 2-3 have been awful

I have to say that over years of many vehicles being financed through Texell, I am very impressed with the customer service & speed they get things done for me. The tellers in the drive thru are very friendly; however, this drive thru is ALWAYS very backed up and slow. Today, I have sat in line for about 25 minutes for a simple deposit. Any way to decrease wait time?
Hi Laura, Thank you for your feedback. Our drive-thrus are usually busy the day after a federal holiday. Have you tried Mobile Deposit? It is a feature available in Mobile Banking that allows you to deposit a check right from your phone. It is really handy!

I opened a business account with Bill, the MGR at the 31st location in Temple. I was told then that I would have 24/7 banking. Well I do not have 24/7 banking due to I can not deposit company checks by the APP even after I went into the location and the counter lady told me she fixed it!!! I can not deposit company checks through the ATM due to they are not setup to take fund/checks that way..... Every other credit union/bank does.OH and get this!!! They do have a NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX with NO ENVELOPES!! How can you put a check in the night deposit box with out a envelope!!!? Thanks for all the LIES BILL!!! Dave Wrenchmen Mafia Recruitment!!!

I believe I know what the issue with Mobile Deposit not working is &, if correct, it can be easily fixed. Have been with Texell for years. Have had a few issues but nothing that hasn’t been resolved. COVID really took banking for a turn. Really wish they had some kind of announcement online that states they don’t take customers in person, just to make it easier for everyone. Wait time at driv-thru at this location isn’t long.

Worst bank ever!!! Lost my debit card over the weekend & someone used it!! Texell wouldnt reimburse me not even with a police report!! Someone got away with ($300+) and this bank didn’t bother to even investigate or anything! Horrible bank!!
