    It's disgusting to see that this location does not enforce the wearing of masks while conducting bank business inside the building. I stood in the parking lot, just watching the number of people coming in and out of the ATM vestibule with NO MASKS!!! They have no signs asking customers to remember their masks before coming in, at any given time there can be 3-5 people in that small space but no employees to regulate the use of masks and helping to keep all customers stay safe. . Want Covid? Come here.

    I dont know if those people record the calls but i called for an issue and the representant tell me i should change to Chase Bank if i think they are better than Td Bank, i dont know how i have to feel about it cause she was honest or i should fell angry, cause she cant helped me!

    The ratting should be a zero! Do Not Open An Account Here! BAD SERVICE! They almost never tell customers "Thank You." They took money out of my account and said that I approved it to happen all the time, but that was not true! Also, if you want to withdraw money you have to stand in line and get a slip from TD cashier first, which is time consuming instead of having these forms readily available. The managers do not speak to customers when they are standing next to the cashiers neither. Poor performance, poor service and a poor bank. People deserve better! TD bank does NOT APPRECIATE ITS CUSTOMERS!!! Open an account elsewhere, but not at TD bank!Oh, I almost forgot! This bank is super slow. A sloth is faster than the service in this bank!!!

    A horrible bank! The people in this community should not support this bank at all! The customer service at this bank would not be tolerated if this bank were in another area! The wait to see a rep at this bank is unorganized and they do not care! One employee and 12 people waiting! No sign in sheet. Terrible service. Long waits and you have to ask for a slip in order to withdraw money. You are better banking wit an online app than banking here! One star is being generous! Poor management as well. Poor customer service and training!

    Ive visited this store on a number of occasions and the wait time has been awful. The Assistant Manager just sits at the desk while taking personal phone calls and has customers just waiting in the lobby area. There is always a wait during the mornings because there is one Customer Service Rep working. There are barely any tellers there every time I go there I see the same 2 people working a woman name "Laraina" and a guy name "Philip" both are very nice and greet me with pleasant smiles. As a older woman I wasn't use to modern technology the male teller was very patient in showing me how to use the new Mac Machine.

    Do not open an account here if you are a nonprofit or small business! They do not cater to nonprofits nor small businesses nor have accounts for such! If you are a nonprofit they make you jump through hoops to prove that you are a nonprofit with no guarantee of an account that does not have a service fee. They are more interested in charging a fee than helping the community. Check out their CRA rating! The lines are poorly set up. Customer service is a joke! They do not have a sign in sheet and the wait is forever! Not worth the time opening an account at this nor any TD bank!

    This location sucks. Held my check for a week, went in to complain about it and first waited 45 mins and after i was attented too was still like we can't do anything about it. I asked to see the rude Female manager n she immediately turned me down n asked me to go wait another 45mins or come back thursday without listening to my complain or why i insisted i want to see her. She was all very rejectful and rude. This branch need be retrained and i see why the branch so down cus they have a low level manager with zero professionalism. I see reason why this branch have 2.8 rating and i just concluded am not gonna bank with TD bank anymore. BOA serves me right

    Very unprofessional in the way they speak to customers. They have about 6 workers at their desks with 10 people waiting to see one of them. Then they have a line of 6 people and one of the three tellers walks away without even saying anything to let customers know if he’s coming back or not. Very slow and show they don’t care in their demeanor. One of the worst TD banks I’ve been to.

    I only go to this location when I'm using public transportation I prefer the location on Morris Ave in Union when I'm driving. Unlike the ATM in Union the ATM machine at the Springfield Ave in Newark doesn't release all of my cash. A 20 dollar bill got stuck in the machine once so I had to withdraw more money in order to get it out, the door leading to the ATM machine doesn't lock so I'm always paranoid when I have to go there at night and of course the customers are ghetto and loud for no reason when waiting on line to use the ATM. I just use the ATM at the Springfield Ave in Newark so I can't comment on the bank tellers services but based on the area and the other customer reviews I'm not surprised that they are unprofessional and ghetto too, so I'll just stick to the normal and professional bank tellers in Union.
