TD Bank E Main St, Port Jervis

I usually don't have a problem cashing a check. I had a check for $11 and change. She wanted to know if I had Debit cards told her noI don't but I have accounts there. Never had a problem before.

if you Hispanic or black you will be treat miserably here. I was told they couldn't serve me because I was not local and they did not recognize me from going there.

Worst bank they don't answer the phone they hold your checks for illegal amounts of time

I drove a half hour tonight to find out that they decided to close an hour early. No explanation, just a sheet of paper on the door. When I called to complain that the hours should have been posted on their website and I wasted a half hour to drive there, he said there are many other ways to do banking. If thats the case, they should close the branch and fire everyone working there. After all, there are many other ways to do banking, right? At least we'll know not to bother driving!

Today I went to the Port Jervis TD bank branch and Martha helped me today with an issue I had. She was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She was very professional, patient and very sweet with my 2 year old. The hours are great and opened Sunday. Thank you Martha for your customer service and all your help.

I must say I am very impressed! Td bank cares for people! I'm a customer, I went to atm machine, noticed a girl in middle of nite sanitizing door handles and atm machine in mask and gloves, I asked are you a good samaritan by doing this, she said no, I work here! I was like wow, that is so thoughtful of Td bank to the community and keeping workers employed, from what I see every time someone enters she re sanitizes everything! So kudos to Td Bank for caring, the best most convenient banking!

Worst bank with the worst employees in america

The best hours out of any bank. They treat everyone that enters the bank extremely well. The only bank open on Sundays. The employees are great, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend this bank to the world.

Sat @ drive-thru window for 10 minutes with practically no cars in the parking & no customers in the lobby. 2 clerks are peeking through the tinted glass like I can't see them. I'm so sick of this bank...convenient, yeah I don't think so.

Been banking with TD Bank going on 15 years Never had a bad experience until one day I had to take out a little cash..stopped into the Port Jervis branch and the service was horrible never again.
