the worst banks ever. the ATM machines at this location has be out of service or unavailable does not allow cash deposits for very long time. Every time I go in there to use ATM its always out of service.

My account was placed on hold because of fraud charges. After work I rushed to the bank on Steinway to get a new card before they closed. I did arrive before they closed but I was cutting it close. There were other customers being serviced at this time as well. I went to the Teller and explained what happened and she told me they are closing in a couple minutes and I will have to come back tomorrow. Im a nurse and it’s not easy for me to just come back tomorrow. I’ve worked in customer service most of my life. It would have taken 5 minutes to print me a new card (BC I’ve received a new card from there before) and to unlock my account. The display of unprofessionalism and laziness was surprising. I work as a Manager at a clinic and I would be extremely upset, disappointed and embarrassed if I had an employee representing the facility I managed operate herself in that manner.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and incapable of doing basic tasks in relatively acceptable time. Everything takes at least one hour until someone decides to assist you properly. Definitely the worst bank in USA.

I went there today . Talked to Nabeela . She was amazing . Very hospitable and respectful and very sincere as well . There was a lot of work to be done but I didn’t feel bored even for a single second . She kept me entertained and is very professional as well . Would definitely recommend .

TD bank need to get their act together. It been over a month that i haven’t receive my holiday club money. I call customer services, they tell me one thing. When i do what they say and when i go to bank they tell me another thing. Not happy at all

The representative has very poor knowledge about their service. I went there to open a business account with my corp. paper and IRS EIN Paper. The representative refused to open since i didn't have Sales tax authority certificate. The representative has no idea what is required to open a business account. - So i walked across the street and opened business account with Chase. A representative may not have all knowledge about all service / product but he/she should seek assistance from manager or learn about their own product. I found TD is not that great educating employees about their own product or services. I have few other examples as well. Their service needs to be improved way up in order to match with Chase or BoA

So slowly. Just 1 or to people in front. Line sometimes very long. I spend more than 1 hour for finished my job over here. BAD

Unfortunately this is the worst of the many TD Banks I know: (1) Always a long line despite many tellers, tellers seem inexperienced and make errors; (2) Clients themselves seem to be lower-income and the line even can sometimes feel unsafe; (3) Sometimes the place is not clean, especially the ATM area which can have trash everywhere. Since I have both TD and Chase accounts I try to use the Chase Bank across the street, still many lower income clients but security is better, the greeters direct traffic efficiently and there are always ATMs open to serve you immediately next to the teller line.
