My name is Syed Zaidi and I am a real estate broker, my company name is ADKO Realty Inc, I had a very good experience working with Mr. Abdul Rahman of Quontic Bank, and its my pleasure to write this review for Mr. Rahman because he did a incredible job for one of my client last month, I sold one of my listing ( 4 Family residence ) in Brooklyn to a buyer for $910000, my buyer was well qualified for a mortgage but he got turned down by several banks, and I was about to loose this deal, then I contacted Mr. Rahman and referred my buyer to him and explained the situation, Mr. Rahman informed us that Quontic bank now has a program called Portfolio loan, and he will try to get my buyer approved for that loan, that was our last resort, we were praying for this loan to get approved, Mr. Rahman handled this deal very professionally and guided the buyer through the whole process and worked very hard to complete this deal in time, Mr. Rahman is very different from other mortgage people, he is always available to you when ever you need him, he always picks up his phone and keeps you updated throughout the whole process, Mr. Rahman made this impossible deal possible and got the loan approved and we were able to close the deal in time, I am very thankful to Mr. Rahman for saving my deal, GOD bless him.

This bank is non-communicative and unresponsive, causing delays with no explanation and risking us losing the home we are under contract for. Find a bank with a better reputation...this one can cost you your home purchase.
