TD Bank Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale

I walked in needing change for my job and even though I’ve been with TD for 7 YEARS, they refused to give me any change whatsoever because my job didn’t have an account with them. However, Citibank right down the road was more than willing to help. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS TD or even any TD for that matter. I’ll be switching banks ASAP

I am not one to usually write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Michael at TD Bank in Farmingdale that I just had to come on here and say thank you to him. I just establish myself as an LLC I needed to create a business bank account. Michael helped make this process so easy and he did it very fast and efficient. He helped explain everything in terms that were easy to understand for me and I left there feeling totally accomplished and it was a great way to start my day. Thank you again Michael!

Purchasing a home and needed to call in advance to take out a cash withdrawal. Camille was helpful at first and said I can pick up the cash in a week. She said it wouldn’t be a problem. Then 10 minutes later I get a call from Jody the branch manager and starts accusing me of the withdrawal being “suspicious” and it’s an “unusual”, questioning me and treating me like a criminal. She literally asked me “What does your family think about what you’re doing?” SERIOUSLY? My family is none of your business, sweetie. So Unprofessional. Great Job Jody! Customers love when you make them feel uncomfortable. Keep doing you. She’s also not the branch manager, found out by corporate.

Definitely one of the lower quality branches I've been to. Good for a quick ATM run or to cash a check. If you need to do anything else save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I got there 30 minutes before they were closing for some assistance with my TD Visa card. The woman rep ended up pretending she didn't know whether or not her phone could dial out...

I'm a construction worker and my card was cancelled this morning. Stopped in between jobs to get a new one and had nobody to help. I sat and watched people come in and out as I sat in the chair and waited until I had to leave empty handed. No money and no new card. Terrible way to run a bank. Considering switching to chase after this experience

Horrible branch they make u wait forever thats not customer service friendly. 2 times I've gone in to do simple transaction and no one to help. Only go if I'm desperate from now on.

They always claim their "system is down", third time in two weeks. If you can, go to another branch to do proper banking else utilize only for atm.

Upgraded there on line banking and it's going on three weeks system don't work, one more week and I'm pulling my accounts out of here, and there phone service gets a big fat zero, 35 min on hold and still nothing, legendary service, not here. "0" stars.

BAD SERVICE, DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK , THEY NEVER SOLVE ANY PROBLEM, THEY LIE TO THEIR COSTUMER. TD BANK THEY WORKER NEVER HAVE ANY EXPLANATION. THE COSTUMER ALWAYS IS RIGHT DOESN'T APPLY WITH THEM. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST IN COURTNEY AND CHRISTOPHER. THEY LOOK LIKE SO FRIENDLY BUT NEVER WILL RESOLVE ANY INCONVENIENCE.... ALWAYS WILL SAY " SORRY YOU HAVE TO PAY" IM TIRED TO RECEIVE SURPRISES FROM THIS BANK AND ALWAYS IS PROBLEM OF THE COSTUMER, I DONT KNOW WHY WE DEPOSIT THE MONEY IN A BANK IF IT IS NO SECURE. I ALSO THEY NEVER EXPLAIN THE TERMS AND CONDITION AND AFTER YOU HAVE TO PAY THE CONSEQUENCES. PEOPLE DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK YOUR MONEY WONT BE SAFE THERE AND WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WONT DO ANYTHING. THEY STAFF DONT RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE TRAINING, I WAS VICTIM OF AND FRAUD THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED THE CHECK SHE DIDN'T REALIZE ANYTHING AND THE POLICE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE WITH THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO CHECK AND REVIEW EVERYTHING BEFORE HAPPEN.

Went there to open an account, their atms were down. This is apparently a regular occurrence. I stood around for a while, no one offers to help me . So glad I didn't open an account with TD bank.
