Continues to falsify caller id - finally spoke with someone who continued to call and hang up. Turns out, it is this company and they were even dialing the wrong number. So many calls and hang ups, only to learn that the spoof the id and I wasn't even the target. This spoofing practice is so annoying.

I had 7 dead air calls from this terrible company. On the eighth, a person was finally on the other end asking for someone with a similar name who lives 8 states away from me. They called back again asking to confirm details and I told them I'm the wrong gender and in the wrong state. THIS COMPANY SUCKS.

SCAAAAAM 🙄 idk who/what they are but they call my phone EVERYDAY from around the same numbers it’s so annoying! I answered once and heard a Nigerian man talking nonsense.. I immediately hung up and been blocking there calls every since.

worst Agency. I even know someone Who Worked There . Rude - Abusive I spoke to someone in management . Do not Deal with this Company . Hang up the phone . they try to make a deal to get any money they can - terrible to say the Least . They are not worth the conversation . Most Unprofessional people on the planet

BEWARE. This company will make a settlement with you and never follow up with a settlement letter and will dong your credit. We settled over a year ago and we’re still trying to get the letter that shows a settlement was made. They will never follow up. You have to keep calling of you come to a settlement and get the letter. I’ve been on hold for almost an hour trying to get the letter to clear my credit.

The employees who work here at completely and totally rude. They drive like crazy people through this parking lot. Me and my husband were almost hit by them at different times. They go at least 50 or 60 mph, I’m not kidding. Someone’s gotta do something about this. Take action before they actually kill someone.

I understand that this is a collector but calling me to collect a debt through a global pandemic is beyond me. There is people that are not working and barely have money to even eat and they have the audacity to call giving an actitud to COLLECT A debt. RIDICULOUS!!!

My father is deceased and they would tell me nothing . They were calling my dad's phone. I am not mailing a power of attorney to a company I do not know and they would provide not one bit of information

They have called multiple times asking me to pay a “debt” for our AT&T account that is in good standing.
