Need to staff up. I sat at the drive up for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. This was after the ATM was not functioning necessitating my having to go to the drive up to get cash. The one visible employee appeared to be the only one working in the entire facility. I'm now in the process of closing my account which they don't make easy so beware. They want an account balance of zero to close, but then will hit you with a fee if your funds and activity drop trying to get the account balance to zero. A real nightmare of a bank.

Made two payroll deposits, at two different times through the mobile app and neither has cleared after a week. I had a death in the family and they say there is nothing they can do about a check coming from a major hotel and a school district. As soon as my money clears, I am done. They don’t care about there customers.

Slow, rude, unprofessional, condescending staff. Waited almost 2 hours for customer service (one of which may be the asst. manager from Flushing, NY (no wonder she's so slow)). They were slow and do not acknowledge my presence or offer any kind of help. They were just socializing and literally dragging their feet with their customers. One of the CSR (Ginelle) took her sweet old time with her customers so that she can finish just right about on her lunch time when I, and others, have been waiting. I was going to open a CD and Money Market account in addition to my checking account, but since the staff was not interested in offering help or acknowledging my presence, I just decided to go to the teller to have the transaction that doesn't require a CSR. And once I went to the teller, the teller (didn't get her name but a young woman dressed in black) had asked me to wait longer as she pretended to be looking at her computer to make the appearance of working. Once I got to an available teller (Clarabel), coming back from lunch who was slow in getting to her station, she offered no apologies on the wait time and just rushed my transaction, no thank you but a condescending have a good day. Experience and dealing with this branch and its staff are worse than the post office and DMV or Perestroika Soviet Union and its Iron Curtain blocks before the fall of the wall. Looks like the staff here are rejects from McDonald's or Walmart. Stay away from this branch or this bank altogether. There are other banks there where you're treated a valued customer and a human being. The one star review does not even deserve. It deserves a negative starred review.

Pathetic service. I have a TD mortgage and I gave direct debit change form change to a banking employee and they lost it or didn't do anything with it. I would caution anyone relying on this branch employees. When I contacted the mortgage department they have no knowledge of it. It could be the mortgage department who lost it or didn't do anything with it. But overall this bank or mortgage dept. to be avoided in all possible ways. I regret now refinancing with TD.

So slow. Like “take a vacation day to go to the bank” slow. Definitely not adequately staffed. Took forever, but finally switching banks out of convenience - which is ironic for a place whose motto is "America's most convenient bank".

There is no TD bank close to my home so I had to drive almost an hour to get to the nearest location only to be told they're closing for over an hour. I completely understand needing a lunch break, but to close the location completely seems a little ridiculous.

I was very pleased with PHANTASY. My account was frozen and she assisted me smoothly. On the other hand Janelle made my visit complicated. I had come in with my I-20 but it was a soft copy. I stay 31 minutes away and I had to go all the way back home just to bring my hard copy. I was very disappointed.

I had accounts with TD for a very long time and because of this Branch I am closing all 4 of my accounts. In the time of computers I never experienced a bank putting a eight day hold on a check. This is ridiculous and unacceptable one phone call can easily verify. It’s up to the Branch manager to decide if they want to verify and take the hold off which the Branch Manager refused to do so all while giving lame excuses on why they wouldn’t.

This branch has gone down hill over the past year and is lacking good management. The manager Jason Farmer is hardly ever there and doesn’t seem to do anything when he is. I personally witnessed him yelling at his staff in the middle of the sales floor in front of everyone. I don’t understand why he is still employed. #YoucandobetterTDbank.

I came at 5:15 pm to deposit some money through a bank taller. There was no waiting line and it took only few minutes. Everybody was nice to me in the branch. I consider switching to TD Bank as my primary bank.
