Lazy Manager! Everything is backend issue, not her problem. Just wait and problem will clear when it is time. Not helpful when a mistake by TD is causing me problems! I called TD support and they had that same problem resolved. She could have made that call and solve the problem too! Good Service is about showing customers that they matter.

Worst customer service ever I feel like I called and a child answered And the guy who answered the phone immediately had attitude and had no idea what he was talking about and would not give me his name. I received 0 help.

I am absolutely APPALLED by the "customer service" (if you can even call it that) that I was given on Friday 10/16 at this location. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with attitude by Stephanie who spoke to me extremely condescendingly. I then was sent over to Jennifer, who lied straight to my face about her inability to send a wire to the country I was there to send a wire to, when the very NEXT DAY I went to the TD in Branford and sent the wire, no issue. Jennifer was rude, ignored me and acted as if I wasn't there. But Stephanie certainly took the cake. These two should never be in the position to deal with customers, as they lack the interpersonal skills and empathy required to deal with human beings. I don't know what they thought I was doing there, but both made me feel extremely uncomfortable, like they thought I was a criminal or something. No idea what they thought I was doing- but I provided them not only one, but TWO forms of ID, my TWO TD BANK CARDS, my business card and logged in to my accounts right in front of them. It was absolutely unwarranted and ridiculous. Customers should never be made to feel this way. Stephanie's attitude was disgusting and so unprofessional. They made judgements for whatever reason, perhaps their limited worldview, and this terrible experience has made me decide to close both my accounts at TD and take my business elsewhere. Clearly I am not the only one who experienced this kind of interaction based on all the reviews here. Hope corporate takes note.

If I could put 0 stars I would based off my experience today. Went to deposit money and get a check for my rent, and the teller at the window was EXTREMELY rude. She had an attitude the entire time and took forever to understand the simple task I was asking. I do this every month at this location without problem.. but this girl ruined my experience completely, and made the process extremely difficult for no reason.

Not much to like about greedy corporate financial institutions that love sticking it to the younger generations and those living in poverty at every available opportunity. Customer service employee's at this location seem knowledgeable and do their best to keep up with the New Haven traffic.

The people here are the best! Their "lets get it done" attitude really shows. We do a lot of our business banking here! Stephanie is very knowledgeable and overall an amazing person to work with. We recommend TD at Foxon Blvd for all your banking necessities

Best open hours in banking, indoor ATM during operation with outside ATM drive through. I have never paid a fee to get money from my SSI account using a teller, the ATMs are $3.00 which is more than most. I don't have an account with them.

The customer service at this bank is the worst I have ever encountered. Even the manager has an attitude as if they are doing its customers a favor.

I often go there because it's near my home. There is a staff member named Jenifer who has a bad attitude. Every time she goes in, she always looks bad and is not polite. And discrimination. Different ways of treating different guests with different attitudes. I'll stay away and not go there.

Jason helped me with my accounts he is freaking awesome and I loved how he can keep a conversation. Some can be just blah. You don't really have to care how my day is going but it is a good asset to great customer service
