Went in to look at some things. We agreed on a price and said I needed cash to make the purchase. That’s fine. Came back about 30 minutes later and he jacked the price, saying he thinks he can get a better price Terrible way to do business.

Bad area. Do Not go Here to sell gold, diamonds or any jewelry. Very low offer I received in person. Very high crime area. I was nervous leaving with my items when I didn't Sell. Not Safe at all. Maybe it is good place to sell an old lawnmower or electronics. But not jewelry. Stay Clear. I checked multiple places and this place was lowest.

This is currently my favorite pawn shop. Ive been buying and selling for years and I write down a list of value and what Id want from a pawn shop. They hit almost exactly what I want every time and there is always something new and interesting for sale there. Every time Ive been I have made a purchase. Ive been to many other pawn shops and have not had an experience that compares to here.

Great Pawn Shop. If your looking for jewelry, I suggest you give this place a shot, believe it or not i found my fiances' ring here. Gary (the owner) was super helpful and gave me an awesome price.

Johnny sins wannabe was extremely rude and didnt help when i asked what was the value of something. Not a good way to treat potential customers!

I have been a customer of this shop since back when it was in New Haven on Grand Avenue and have always had a great experience. I frequently pawn a few different items when I need extra cash for this or that and the owner has always provided excellent customer service. There has even been multiple occasions when I could not pay within the deadline and he still worked with me so I didn't lose my items. Not sure what that other reviewer is talking about as I travel out of my way to his new location instead of visiting the numerous shops closer to me solely because I trust the owner and enjoy my experience every time!

Gary is always friendly, helpful, and fair with prices. I sell a lot of gold and silver, and I know longer waste my time shopping around, I go straight to Gary.

I sold my iPhone 8 there. They gave me the highest bid out of all the places I went to. Great customer service. Definitely will be going back soon.

These people know the industry and were extremely helpful to me. They gave me the best price for my items. I would use then again.

This pawn shop doesn't even deserve a star. They are a disgrace and have poor customer service skills. The employees think they're knowledgeable about everything, yet they know nothing and try to low ball you on goods. Their a joke, don't waste your time. Ignorant doesn't even begin to describe the employees working here.
