Horrible experience.. Teller had no money and needed to go to vault. Took my driver's license number and requested all types of information even though my withdrawal was under 10K. Any other bank would have taken 5 minutes. I had to wait 25 minutes. Closing this acct. Terrible service from the female teller today 1:00 9/2/21

Don"t bother trying to phone this branch using the number listed on its website. I tried for many days during banking hours. The bank is listed as open during Covid period but If no one is in the branch, there should be a recording informing clients where to call.

Been banking here at this branch for about 10 years, always have great service and very professional! Edward is super helpful in particular - knows everything from wire transfers to how to exchange USD for foreign currency and always goes above and beyond!

Manager Linda is grumpy and moody. Had issue with my account and she was very rude and was acting like if u dont like it get out. Its my money in there nit hers
