Capital One Bank Hillside Ave, Williston Park

Very quick service and friendly staffs. I opened an account with no issues. Everything is online. No paperwork was given though like other banks. You need to go on the website to search for answers to your questions. I took off 1 star because this is a do it yourself kind of bank.

This location and capital one in general does not care about their clients. They were unable to help me send a bank check to another party. The Internet was not allowing me to do it and they were being very difficult. Extremely unhelpful and to be honest I plan on taking all my assets out of this bank very soon

The line is very long and one cashier. One was at the window doing other things. The sad thing is I went to Mineola (closed and now Northwell). Today I tried Oceanside (permanently closed). I still can't cash my check. Thinking about changing banks. I loved the Albertson branch which they closed.

Only 2 cashiers all the time. Long lines, slow service. Capital one should hire more people.

I hate the "New Capital One" The hours stink for working people and the lines are ridiculous on Saturdays. I've been with the bank a long time but I'm seriously thinking of closing all my accounts and looking for a more user friendly bank. I need hours before 9am and after 5pm. I have a CD that came due and I can't transfer the money into one of my other accounts with out having to go wait on line on a Saturday when I have a million other things to do! Most of my other banks send a form asking me what I want to do with the money once the CD comes due. All that being said I like the people that work at the bank but not the bank's new policies.
