They claim to be America’s Most Convenient Bank where in fact they are not. The Most Annoying Bank is the best way to describe them. Everytime you call, they don’t pick up and the call will be transferred to a voice message (from a lady with a very thick Indian accent) that says their branch is temporarily closed. If you have money in there you will panic. Better improve the sevice and stop hard selling of your products. 👎👎👎

Every time I transact with this bank, and its personnel, I receive professional and pleasant service. I am surprised at the one star ratings. I have never experienced anything close to what the one star folks are stating. I have my business and personal banking with this bank. All other banks I had done business with in the past pales by comparison to TD bank's Leesburg VA. Branch.

We received very friendly and professional services at this TD Branch. Particularly Maridalia and Kalpana at the till went above and beyond to accommodate our banking needs and requests. Great job!! Highly recommend this TD Branch to anyone. (they are open 7 days a week too).

AVOID THIS BANK! This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. After 5 months I closed my account today. The ATM machine at the Leesburg branch is frequently out of service. The telephone customer service routinely has a 20+ minute wait. I only.opened the account because a of cash back reward they were offering, but then they told me I wasn't eligible because I opened the account online (that fine print), but that's a long story. Based on my experience I strongly recommend avoiding this bank and it's promotions. There are far more banks with straight foward promotions, no required minimum balances for regular checking accounts, better customer service support. Additionally, a teller once told me they were unable to cash a check of mine from another bank without there being a fee or I could avoid the fee by depositing the check. None of my other banks have that policy. Again, AVOID THIS BANK!

We love this specific TD Bank. Rupinder is the Branch Manager and she is fantastic. Gets everything we need done in a timely manner and always is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend going to see her or her staff. Everyone is really nice.

The worst banking experience I have had by far from any bank. There was confusion in my end about some checks deposited and I understand that but they way ibwas talked tonand treated but the branch manager and staff on 1/2/2018 was ridiculous. I was pretty much told (shortening the story) that is was my fault, "the information I needed was in the fine print" so I should have known. The branch manager looked at me and said well why didn't you just cash the check...because I opened an to avoid check cashing. She looked at me and said she would look into the situation and dismissed me after about 5 minutes. I understand I misunderstood something but the way I was spoken to about the situation was completely unprofessional and not appreciated. Poor customer service from any bank I have ever dealt with. The customer service from the call center was 10x better although they said the only person that could help me was the branch manager who did not even try to help.

The first person who assisted us was really nice and explained cross border banking very well however they made a mistake on my personal information (after taking 2 hours to open 2 accounts) and I then had an incredibly difficult time registering for online banking because the banker did not inform us that we had to perform some sort of transaction on the account so they could verify us. We had to go in a 2nd time so that the banker could register us for online banking and correct my personal info. causing extra inconvenience since the nearest branch is out of town. Third time we came in to apply for cross-border credit cards with a different banker who kept insisting they knew how cross-border banking worked because this banker had done mortgages for 19 years for Canadians. The banker was completely clueless on how to apply for a cross-border credit card with a Canadian credit history and had to call in to customer service even though the application stated right on the paper that it was for a TD Rewards or Cash Back credit card in US. The banker was pushy, and had the attitude that they knew best, stating 'you let me know if you get approved' convinced I would be declined. The banker accidentally applied me for a regular US credit based visa which will obviously be declined as we have no credit history thus our reason for the cross-border visa application. We are seriously disappointed with the inconsistency and lack of knowledgeable staff in Canada and US in terms of cross-border banking. Their 'easy' cross-border banking solutions are turning out to be more work than just making use of another local bank. The only reason we moved our banking to them was for the convenience of being able to transfer our services and accounts as we have an established banking history. I honestly never want to go back to the Leesburg TD Bank ever if I can help it.

If 0 is an option I would. Opened beyond checkings for families with a promised bonus while one account applies and another doesn’t with exactly the same way of deposits. Do not trust the branch manager. And you are waste your time by explaining. Paying for pains is the best way to look at it.

Never mind the hours, even the ATM is awful. Every week I have issues when depositing cash. Even if I take cash from another bank and try to deposit here, it won't accept it. So unreliable and inconvenient.

Alpina was excellent in a long and difficult bond redemption process. I was in the bank for 2.5 hours and observed many happy customers. It was difficult to be kept waiting for so long but I was offered refreshment and a comfortable place to wait. Needs improvement in this transaction, but overall Alpina was great!
