    It was the worst experience since the bank transaction. She was very unkind and there were more restrictions than necessary to find my money. I couldn't withdraw my money even after checking all the circumstances.

    Worst customer service experience, I have a facial paralices and it's hard to talk like that and the guy that help me had a bad attitude and laugh, never had an issue, I'm so disappointed 😔😔

    Went there on 12/02/2021 and Jennifer the mortgage advisor has no clue as to what is happening around her. She seems like she does not want to work and doesn’t care to assist you with getting other departments involved so you can get the max help possible. I will start banking somewhere else. Terrible customer service, these people don’t know what customer service is.

    Amazing service! David Xue the manager was very helpful and super accommodating, the whole banking experience was smooth and easy. He was training the executive in charge of collecting my information and opening my account.

    I hate this bank manager always wants you to deposit and not cash checks even if the check is from bank of america. When to another location and they cash it for me. Service has always been bad here . No leadership in this bank. Waitime to to talk to a bankers is ridiculous. I

    Went to the leesburg Branch for a notary service and had some questions about a possible business account. Was amazed by an exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Jeffery Austinson who was extremely professional and assisted with the notary and all my questions.     I went to make a deposit around lunchtime and there was ONE teller. I counted at least three other employees in addition to the teller, but I guess handling basic bank transactions was beneath them. I waited in line for over twenty minutes to still have two people in front of me. The manager approached me while I was still in line and asked me if I was making a deposit. I said yes. He told me to use the ATM. I asked if it would impact funds availability, he said no that actually $300 would be made available immediately. Wrong. Nothing was available immediately. Same bull with all of these banks. None of the employees REALLY know what’s going on, nor do they really care. I plan on changing banks after this being my single “brick and mortar,” experience since opening my account.

    Smile it would make the wait better. 4 people behind the counter only one helping customers. The a second decides that a few people in line is too many and starts to help. 7 employees within sight!! I know not everyone is a teller but damn. If the line was out the door it would have been way too long to wait. Also all 20’s seriously who wants a fat wad in there pocket. Still the worst bank company every location.
