Terrible experience with this bank. Took me an hour to make a simple car payment. Was informed that there would be a $10 fee for having a live person accept the payment, but that I could make the payment for "free" online or using the automated phone system. Could not get either to work after several tries with two different Visa cards. Had to call back to have the live representative take the payment, and they informed me that the problem was with Visa. Apparently, Visa cards don't work on Sound CU's site, but there's no information on their payment system about Visa cards not working. Tried both automated phone system and online system with same result. Had to wait on hold again for a live representative, who still wanted to charge me $10 to process the payment.

I came into the credit union this afternoon with an unusual request. I needed images of debit cards from my closed account. Lisa, the branch manager, caught wind of it and had documents created in a few minutes. I normally expect excellent service here because that's all I've ever received.

I have alot of specific things I could write about this place. In my 30 years experience they have been great. I cant imagin this place getting a complaint. Many of my coworkers do banking services here and I have never once heard a complaint.

I give this bank this star because it had the lowest auto loan rate versus other credit unions. However that is the only positive I can say about the bank. The online services are pretty confusing. I set up an external transfer And couldn't figure out how to delete it online. I called the bank and the bank told me that they couldn't cancel it nor could they even see it. It's very strange that the bank cannot see or have control over the funds that move in and out of their accounts. I wouldn't recommend this bank. The customer service isn't the best and it doesn't seem like they have a lot of control over their systems and processes. That all rests upon you. Pro tip: if you ever need to make a payment on a consumer loan do not set up an online account. Simply go to the main page and select make a payment. It will make your life so much easier!

I got scammed a couple weeks ago and went to the credit union for help. Caleb Cypriano is the one who helped us, and he was great. I wasn't in the best of moods (obviously) and he made me feel better and lightened the mood some. He was knowledgeable friendly and and understanding. You have a great employee in Caleb. This just blew my mind. So I'm trying to get my dirt bike street legal. I get lights and everything done got certified letter in hand. Head to dol to get plate leaving in few days for dirt bike trip "need the plate" the hoops began dol needs title bank has it. So I go to bank get email info for dol back to dol email sent bank mails it so trip is out the window without plate so last chance I go back to bank talk with Lisa Branch manager she gets on phone and has it faxed to her and she personally hand delivered to dol for me ...... can't believe or say enough THANK YOU SO MUCH Trip back on 😊

Very poor customer service. You are not allowed to call your bank branch directly, you have to call a call center. If you can get the call center to answer you can talk to your branch through them or so they say. I have called the call center for days and no one answers the phone, literally, no answer, no recording, zip. You have to go into the bank to get any question answered.

Horrible service. There mistake cost me $1200. And the repossessed my vehicle. On there mistake. And there solution after never missing any payments never late was, your lucky your getting the car back without paying the full note on the car! Wow. Just wow. Re writing the loan to a bank that deserves my money. Ridiculous.
