Severn Thomas - State Farm Insurance Agent Main St, Philomath

My family has been with this state farm location for years and thats why we are still here. They have treated me very well with each and every type of coverage that I have gotten. They are also fast to respond. I recently needed a change to happen in my coverage and they made that chance the day I called.

Severn and his staff have provided me with a new plan for auto and renter insurance. The service is prompt and courteous. I am happy to be doing business with a great local agent.

The staff at this State Farm are really nice and helpful! I have a vehicle that requires nontraditional insurance and they have been great about working with me to make it happen.

I got a quote online then heard nothing back for a week, despite emailing to inquire about my application's status and phoning (which just went to voicemail). Maybe Mr. Thomas is so good he spends all his time helping existing customers... But my experience attempting to become a new customer was not positive. I gave up on buying locally and got something with quicker service online.
