Sea Ranch Motel Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach

Great location. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean, cool, and bug free. Parking is tight.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We never got the chance to make it to the Sea Ranch Motel because of Hurricane Hermine and the current Tropical Storm Warning issued by the National Weather Service (NWS), which warned of extreme flooding, strong winds and heavy rain; however, rather than work with us to "credit" our $146 deposit to use towards another time at Sea Ranch Motel, the business kept our money and did not even offer any assistance. Who in their right mind would drive several hours to Carolina Beach to stay at Sea Ranch Motel when the NWS has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for Carolina Beach/New Hanover County?!?! If Sea Ranch Motel would have kept our $146 deposit on file to use at a later date, we would definitely have been back when our stay wouldn't have put us in danger. What an awful way to do business!!! I would suggest to anyone thinking about staying at Sea Ranch Motel on Carolina Beach to think again... Don't do it. Awful business. Awful service. Will never stay at any other property this company may own either. What a disgrace to what is supposed to be a small, family-owned business.

Its a great place, don't get me wrong. But one issue that i know can't be helped, is the fact that you will have people that are loud, my mother was woken up at about 6 am due to the noise of people revving their buggies; that plus Mr Thunder Feet directly above us.(he's a stomper)

Nice room for the price a little dated but served the need. The room was a little bigger than expected. Ocean front is nice and you are right at the beach so nice access.

I've been going here for years and I love it. I don't care to stay anywhere else. Second floor, ocean view is the best! I'm looking forward to summer!!

My family has stayed at this motel for 30+ years. Would not stay anywhere else. The friendly owner and staff make our vacation special year after year.

Can't believe we had to pay a company in Louisiana $5.75 to park for 1 hour. All these years it has been free till now

Great, price! Very clean rooms! Right on the ocean! Big pool and hot tub. Walking distance to restaurants. Love the option of an efficiency room!

I loved it when we checked in we got our room right away the front desk was nice to us when we got there and we had a clean room oceanfront 2 beds room was nice and clean pool was closed but other then that we had a really great time we will come back here the pool is heated ice is .25 for your hotel room but really great place thanks it was the nicest hotel ever thanks and we enjoyed our stay so much will be back soon

Took a weekend trip here.Its an older motel ,but it's very clean and the staff is very nice.The room had a great view of the beach .
