Santander Bank Branch Main St, Melrose

Went to the Melrose Santander and was immediately greeted when I walked in. The woman introduced herself as the manager Ivette. Very kind and helpful. The tellers were so nice I was very happy with the service!!

Everyone I met at melrose branch is friendly. I am santander customer from last 3 years and satisfied with services(my favorite place to do notary). Earlier I used to visit bank of america and Citizen but faced lot of issues, but now I am more Santanderian 😀

I've had very good service from Santander bank in Melrose. They have made every problem right and treated me well when I needed help. I have nothing negative to say about them. I had cape cod bank and trust, which was taken over by sovereign bank, then Santander bank took Them over. Through it all, I've been lucky to have a bank I can depend on! 5 stars!

Saturday staff was homophobic as can be. My partner and I went in to open a new joint account with a $250 offer we got in the mail. They refused to sit us with someone to open an account and when we offered to wait in the waiting area they asked us to leave. These were all women of color who denied us a bank account, we could feel the homophobia cut thru the air like a knife. Honestly left us baffled.

I love the staff here! Will was very helpful in faxing me over a front and back of a check for me; Stacey is always very sweet and Sean is always friendly and nice to see at the end of the week!
