    If I could give this company less than one star, I would. This company needs to be investigated! I negotiated 1300 dollars, Hunter Warfield agreed. Went to pay the amount, and a week later the price was raised to 1700. I questioned the original agreement, the lady was rude, said, "How do you like this!!! Now you are going to pay 4000!!! Then slammed the phone down. Does not honor quoted price/agreement

    The Worst Company there is. Already made arrangements since a month ago and have been keeping with those arrangements and these people still call with their nasty attitudes every single day sometimes more than once per day. Seriously Already fed up with their nasty attitudes especially when I am honoring my part of the agreement.

    one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The collection company gives you a receipt for ACH payment through THEIR ONLINE PORTAL 21 business days for an account that has BEEN PAID OFF IN FULL!!!!!!!??? It would be one thing had I made a min payment. This is ridiculous!! If I could give it a zero star I would. Obviously the point of this company is to collect a debt. However, that also includes SOLVING a problem with the customer not making it more difficult.

    Hunter Warfield has been awarded for several years as one of the best places to work in Tampa, along with other awards, they sure make it one of the top Collection Agencies across the U.S. The Hunter Warfield's Community Council is always performing activities helping social causes in the U.S. as abroad. Good job giving the extra mile back to the society.....     These people won't stop calling me. I block the number then they call me with a new number. I swear this company just wants money from people. Hunter if your company calls me one more time I'm suing for harestment. I paid off my debt so leave me alone. And don't respond to me post.

    I shouldn't even rate this company. Not only do they keep blowing up my phone, but now they are blowing up my work phone. I refuse to pay this debt due to the fact I had put that exact amount down when I first moved into my apartment and now i owe more. That's a crock of sh***. Settle it with Colonial Grande at Windermere, not me. They kept the almost $800 I put down and it's going no where apparently. Oh and STOP CALLING ME! I will not answer no matter what phone you call.

    Will be reporting this company to BBB. For a debt back in 2014 for a apartment that i rented. I go to court explain to the judge what the issues where in the apartment. The judge agreed and the judgement was for possession ONLY no money owed. I called the company explain the issue i was told it would be handled. I checked my credit yesterday seen that Hartford was still on my credit. I'm confused of how I owe you anything if THE JUDGE IN MY COUNTY sign the court document. Today i spoke with Tonya Wade from the Hartford. hopefully this matter will be resolved. But the Hartford will be getting the court paper that was signed by the judge. I will send it certified mail. And by the way I explain this situation to the county clerk her words "That some kind fraud". There a big difference between $0 and saying I'm in debt $ X,XXX. So Hartford defend yourself on that? Ms. Wade said there is a process. I told her the process is over when the judge signs that judgement. I'm so disappointed where is the honesty in your business? What I should get my troubles? Well I have an idea on what we should do here! Being this issue is over a year old and it has negatively impacted my credit. And now I'm having to prove my owe issues of me not oweing your company a penny. I think you should pay me for what you said I owe you. That sounds like a fair deal to me. Respectfully Mr. Lunsford

    When I moved out of my old apartment they tried to take advantage of me and add on $1,700 of “miscellaneous charges”, neither the apartment or this debt collector can tell me what they even are. So HUNTER WARFIELD, INC bought the fake charges for literally pennies on the dollar. They thought that making the debt higher was gonna motivate me out of my hard-earned money. So for the last 5 years they kept adding interest every two weeks. I’ve tried to challenge the “miscellaneous charges” off and HUNTER WARFIELD, INC just added on more fees, so the original BS $1,700 is now $3,724! So now I stopped trying, just 2 more years and this stupid debt is legally off my record! (This is in no way me trying to negotiate anything with HUNTER WARFIELD, INC. This is merely a review.)

    1 star... I would actually rate you -10 stars!!! The amount of calls I get from your company is insane!!! I get called all hours of the day at least 4x a day all week long... further more if this continues I will contact my lawyer because its harassment! Give it a rest it's the holidays people have many bills to pay for. Not to mention like I have explained in many of the other previous phone calls when you have called... I am on disability and have a very low income and have been taken out of work permanently but you fail to remember that information and all you care about is collecting your money. Stop contacting me when I need to worry about putting food on my table with the low income I am provided with!

This place doesn't even deserve a star its crazy how the same complaints and rant I have is the same as the rest of the 205 comments/reviews!!!! & now I know that its not just me! this company is rude, poor customer service skills via phone you are still dealing with CUSTOMERS! look how many people rather not pay because of how incompetent the agents are. Hunter Warfield and all who represent it in a terrible way are nothing but ignorant belittling people! My fist encounter I was pregnant and when I told the man I couldn't do it because I was expecting a baby soon he started talking down to me and hung up on my face with my words left in my mouth I was on break from work and was in tears because of how infuriated I was. Last encounter...TODAY ...ONE YEAR LATER its the same crap but with another representative who was just as rude when I asked to speak with a supervisor but I have had enough poor encounters! This is not the way of doing business and trust you will not have many people paying off any debt owed with such a poor approach to customers its a DISGRACE...
