Roof replacement, totally professional from beginning to end. From first meeting with salesman to final follow up with one of the owners everything went, as one could hope for. Definitely would recommend Westfall roofing

My insurance company forced me to get a new roof by raising my rates, even though my old roof had no structural issues. I shopped around for a reputable company and came across Westfall. I only got quotes from 3 companies total, but Westfall responded the quickest and offered the most for the money. I was nervous about the whole process from day 1. I have neighbors who recently got new roofs and neither one of them were happy with what they got. The roof took longer to install than I expected and some plants were demolished along the way, but the roof looks amazing. The first couple days I didn't notice anything wrong with the roof, but on day 3 it rained. When I walked around to look at the roof, I noticed that my fascia was bent or mangled in 2 spots. One had exposed wood. I immediately contacted Will to let him know. I was worried they would not send someone out to repair it, since I've heard so many horror stories from my neighbors. It took about 5 days for it to get lined up, partly my fault, but then a guy came out and replaced those parts. I was so relieved to not live the horror story my neighbors had with their roofing companies. I've had the roof for a couple weeks now and haven't noticed any leaks. Not everything in the process was perfect. I did tell many different people that they couldn't enter the backyard unless they let me know first because of my tortoise in the back. The roofers repeatedly tried pulling on the gate anyway, so I ended up grabbing it from the backyard so I could open the gate for them. That was a little frustrating because I told about 3 people not to do that. My water filter/softener did almost get broken because the crew failed to protect it with anything so it knocked off the top and debris got down in the gears. Luckily it was okay, just banged up. A pretty large plant got demolished, but it grows back pretty quickly. The crew never showed up at 730 sharp like I was told. The first day they convinced me to schedule, they didn't even show up and didn't call to tell me. I was a little upset over that, since I adjusted my work schedule to be home and didn't even get a call cancelling it. My original day was Thursday, but I was contacted twice to see if I could do Wednesday. I agreed and no one showed. I was understandably annoyed. All that aside though, I'm very happy with my roof. It really updated the look of the house and looks much better than my neighbors new roofs. I'm hoping it stands up to the rainy season, but if not, I have no doubts that Westfall will honor their warranty and get it fixed. I'd like to commend Will on his customer service. I contacted him the most about things that I wanted fixed and any questions that I had. I may have contacted him 4 days in a row to make sure my request was heard. He was courteous and professional each time. I would definitely recommend Westfall.

Westfall replace my roof in July 2020. They did an excellent job. They were on time with the start and the completion of the job and very professional. I had some facia board that was obviously rotted from water damage which they also replaced. The price was very resonable and I would highly recommend this company.

We have had GREAT experiences this this company, especially our service rep, Justin. Highly recommend them. They are responsive, honest, reasonably priced and timely. Did a great job patching our roof and also replacing our skylight as well! If you need anything for your roof, Westfall is terrific!

We had a rather complicated roof with the removal of concrete tile and placement of our beautiful Quarry Gray Owens Corning shingles. It was a 3 day job and I was very happy with the clean up and workmanship. Upgraded to weather lock G water barrier. Love the color but since this is our first time with shingles we will wait and see. Westfall did a great job

I recently had my roof replaced by Westfall. The company and all the people who worked on my replacement were professional, courteous and thorough in all phases of the project. The result was great. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

We had a home inspection about a month ago. It showed we needed a new roof and it was going to cost $15000 to get it done. I called Westfall as my first choice for my mom's roof they called me back right away to set up an appointment within a day or so. They came out to give an estimate I felt was fair but we called two other companies and one was about $5000 more then Westfall. Infact this guy stated to bash Westfall at that point I asked him to leave. The other company was higher as well. Westfall helped me get everything taken care of with my insurance and my options in a timely manner. Some stuff fell from the roof and the driveway was dirty from it they came back and pressure washed no questions asked. The workers showed up at 6:30 and worked all day about 12 hours. We have popcorn ceiling some of it fell on the floors in mom's house and they even came it to clean it up. The works were all very courteous and hard working. At all times there was a supervisor here checking on the progress of the work. They were running late the second day and called me not mom to let me know this. Mom had called the office to ask where they were and the ladies in the office were all very helpful. They showed up and finished the roof in 3 days mom is supper happy with the job they did infact it is the best roof in the neighborhood. They did an amazing job save $$$$ I would recommend them to anyone they keep you updated on what is going on. From the 1 st call to time it was done was about 2 and a half weeks. They got it done before Thanksgiving. Thank you for doing an amazing job mom loves it and it looks great.

I needed the roof replaced on our 3700 sq ft building after damage by Hurricane Irma. It was not an emergency but I had difficulty in getting any roofing company to give me a quote. Westfall was eager to come out and they gave me a quote. Mike, the salesman, told me they are pricey and he was right, but we went with them anyway. He gave us several roofing material options and we picked a premium solution. The roofers arrived on time, did a very good job, and did a thorough clean up. In addition, they replaced some of the decking and damaged fascia. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work. I would have given them 5 stars if they were a little more reasonable in price.

Our new roof looks beautiful! From the initial quote through the actual replacement of our roof, Westfall Roofing representatives were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The salesperson Ed did not try to oversell us, he quoted us to include contingencies like additional plywood if needed. He let us know what our HOA was going to require for documentation and sent me a sample email with all of the docs attached. That was so helpful when I submitted the application to have the work done in our HOA. Our quote was spot on and nothing extra was added on. On the job-site - Juan and his crew were respectful of our property and super friendly. They showed up exactly on time, worked full days and cleaned up each day. Juan took pictures of the places that they needed to replace so that we could see where the problem spots were and then what it looked like after it was fixed. I thought there would be a stray nail or roofing material hanging out - there was not - they left nothing for us to pick up. Another person came after they finished and he walked the entire perimeter looking for any stray nails - none to find. Excellent work! This is how you should feel when you have to make such a large investment into your home and I would recommend Westfall to everyone.
