    I strongly dislike Regions bank. I do not and will not recommend or refer anyone to them. I opened accounts with them specifically for bills to automatically process and was always skeptical. Now I finally know why. I tried to deposit funds at the local branch near me the night before the bill was due and the ATM took my funds. The ATM gave me a issue ticket so I filed a claim. My account was in the negative and regions would not clear it so I had to. This claim was filed on May 1st. It’s June 15th and I just found out they closed the claim. After visiting the branch maybe 2 weeks ago to get a update, the assistant manger was very rude to me in the past (white lady by the name of Vivian Musser) and I had to call cooperate on her. Mind you, this same lady was assisting with my account, and they were supposed to reach out to me the same day. Do you think they called to address the issue? I just spoke with customer service and ended up asking for a manger by the name of Jarvis which talked like a regular CSR. Exactly why my accounts is getting closed tomorrow. I’m here now collecting the balance in them. Y’all are pitiful. Nobody wants to do there job anymore, so what is your purpose of working? Business is horrible. This is the branch located on Wilma off Lowe’s drive in Clarksville, TN!

    I can’t believe I have been on the phone three times for over ten minutes with the “800” number. They won’t post a branches phone number because they don’t want customers to call them. The “800” couldn’t answer my questions and then proceeded to give me the wrong number. I’m suppose to be a new customer and I need to find out why I’m not even signed up yet after two weeks. So now I will have to take time off from work to go to the branch instead of being able to speak with the banker that I worked with over two weeks ago. Looks like I need to find a bank that doesn’t feel inconvenienced by customer phone calls.

    Not a big fan of Regions becuase they charge too many little stupid fees. That being said, I absolutely hate this branch. They are ALWAYS unfriendly, not paying attention to the customer but instead talking and joking around with the other employees....and as a result of this I went in to deposit a $1300 dollar check and she posted it for $13.00......because she was too worried about "playing" around and not paying attention. It's definitely not funny when it comes to messing up someones money deposit, and a mistake like this should NOT happen......That being said the one on Madison st. is THE very best and friendly, it's just a bit more of a drive for me. But I will not be returning to this one ever again.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. This institution needs to be blacklisted, not only for military but for everyone. Do not use this bank! They charge fees for everything. Tried charging me $5! To cash a check at my own bank. What a joke! Already filed a complaint with the BBB and BCA. Next I'm going to JAG so I can get them blacklisted!!

    Garbage service, they terminated my account because my job gave me a separate bonus deposit and they called it fraud. Worst bank in the entire planet

    I walked in with a cashier’s check (bank-guaranteed funds, not at all “just a check” as I was so inaccurately and disrespectfully told by one of the inept staff) and was told it would have a 2-3 day hold on half the amount, then the other half would post in a week, by the Asst VP, Rebecca McCall. After having deposited my funds, I was told there would actually be a one week PLUS three day hold on the entire amount due to it being a new account!!! Hold on, how are you an Asst Vice Prez without knowing new accounts automatically have this extended hold? The next day I came in to draw the whole amount they had assured me would be “available” the next day. When I tried, the teller and the “check expert” mentioned above acted as though I was making a strange demand, then asked a THIRD inept person to add to this public humiliation by announcing “Rebecca said they’re not removing the hold,” as though that had anything to do with my request. I only wanted my “available” funds, which they finally dispensed to me, after making sure dispensing me MY money wouldn’t cause an issue with their precious “hold” on MY property.

    As far as banks go they are not that great. Only thing they have going is Regions banks are all over the south. Never have an issue on the weekends the only phone number is an 800 number, and the answer you get is call back Monday through Friday during normal hours.

    Stay away from this bank. Zelle pay never worked. I deposited $28 check, they charged $5 out $28 on transaction fee, felt like being robbed.
