Used this business for years. As of this year however, I think Ray may have sold the business. Totally shotty work, first year my taxes had errors and I've heard similar from those that use him. The new tax employees lie about what they are going to do and never return phone calls. I've gone a whole week with having left three messages and not heard back. You only talk to someone if you are lucky enough that they pick up the phone. I'm a small client and I'll guess the new owners may not give a fig about anyone not pulling them in big money. I used to even be able to talk to Ray if I needed to, now I feel like they'd rather I just never come back. Appalling service now.

I have been going to Ray for over 10 years and can not imagine anyone else doing my taxes. While I hear others stressing about filing by April 15th, I have already received my refund because I provide them all my paperwork early, and they file it in an acceptable amount of time. This year I received my refund one week after they filed for me! If I ever have a question, Kathy is always available and demonstrates patience with me by answering all my questions and clarifying any confusion I may have. His price is right, and I can count on one hand the number of times he has raised his rates in over 10 years. That's pretty incredible!
