Dan Rogers, was hands down the best solution for my mortgage process. I went through 2 different lenders before finding this man & my only regret is not finding him from the start! Lets me first talk about him personally then the loan I received through guaranteed rate. I work nights 11-7am, I would email him all the time and he would respond pretty much instantly, not just during business hours, all hours of the night & even super early in the morning! I am a very thorough person, I ask ALOT of questions & he was able to answer all of them and he never made me feel like I was imposing, he really put my mind at ease! For instance, My budget was low. That being said I was always asking him for maximum offers on certain homes. He must of given me over 40 maximum offers on homes and was always genuinely happy to do so! I was in a time crunch and he knew that as well. His team really worked hard to get me into a home as fast as possible! I still surprise alot of family and friends when i tell them how fast and easy it was to close! Now lets talk about my mortgage experience. The 1st place I went to get a mortgage was not even able to approve me for anything. The 2nd place took over a week to just get me pre-approved, and the rates were much higher than what Dan was able to offer me. Dan pre-approved me in under 24hrs! Informed me of a new homebuyer program that saved me THOUSANDS! The interest rate was much lower than my other pre-approval too!
