Ray Catena Porsche US, Edison

I drove here to change my tires for my Cayanne from Brooklyn. I will never go to any other dealership ever again. The prices on the tires are fair, and the service manager Mike was very professional and courteous. The waiting area very nice, I highly recommended them for service and your future purchase.

Just picked up another Porsche GT3RS from a great dealer. This is my fourth purchase. I strongly recommend dealing with Tom Caccese. Chris Violante did an outstanding job placing my build specs at the right time in order to secure all the options that I ordered. Will be back soon for the Speedster. Right Chris?

Do not take take your Porsche to Ray Catena for service. I had an emergency issue with my transmission and despite me calling several times and sending my rep (Doug) email, I still have not gotten a return call. It gets worse-despite my having a new $100k plus Porsche, Doug said I COULD NOT GET A LOANER . I also left a message with Shannay , the customer service satisfaction rep and still not even a courtesy call back. I am very disappointed. I called Princeton Porsche and I was helped RIGHT away-given a service and offered a loaner. So, I urge you to not take your porsche to Ray Catena and consider Princeton Porsche.

I can't find more words to praise Mr. Mike Marinelli's efficiency. He quickly located my requirements, recommended the best matching one, traded in my old car, quoted me the competitive price for the new one, got me the most favorable interest rate auto loan, and the transfer was done. The whole process seems to me as quick as just put down the old key and pick up a new key. I like things done in this beautiful neat way.

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne after after having an Audi truck I was told that the Performance of the car was superb. Shortly I purchased the car I noticed a loud sound and when I brought it in for the first oil change, they told me that nothing was wrong Over time, the noise got louder. Contacted the dealer and I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment because wall of a sudden they don’t have loaners. When I brought the car in I had to take a video and send the sound effects to the dealer so they don’t say. Nothing is wrong again. They serviced the car and charge one 700 dollars for an oil change and some 20k Sevice costs ( meanwhile car only has 15K). That’s a lot of money for some filters and oil change they supposedly took out and changed the whole muffler. It’s really unfortunate that for an expensive Comcast I have to change a muffler and they couldn’t even give a break or a discount on the Sevice. I had an AUDI for 8 years and they were always accommodating. Never had parts trouble. Always gave us some breaks and never had to wait so long for an appointment. At this rage I’m disappointed in what I’m getting for what I paid. Thanks for hearing me out
