A quick background - I was looking for a replacement to my BMW X3 for a few months, and found it at the NY Motor Show in the Range Rover Velar. I fell in love with the Velar at first site and booked one for myself at Land Rover Edison the very next day. As the Velar was yet to launch in the US, I had to wait for 4 month before I actually get delivery. All through the process from booking the Velar 4 months ago to getting delivery recently, James Mull was the single person I had to deal with through out the process. My experience at Ray Catena with Anthony was nothing less than exceptional. I am die hard chevy corvette guy buying selling Corvettes. I bought a Range Rover sport 2020 in April, someone supposed to call me and explain all the electronics how it works . No one reached out to me! Also I can’t set up the app on my phone for remote control of the vehicle. I did call customer service no one could help me. They know how to contact with you if they need money but if you need help with some questions about the vehicle nobody cares! No answers no phone calls back ! Customer service sucks!
