To Whom May Concern , I signed up for the on line account well I will say this it needs improvement a lot . I opened my account with my E Mail address. I tried to find out how much I had available to borrow I could not Access that information. I went down to the location that I opened an account the Manager was not available . They looked at my account and verbalize it to me. I tried to borrow money it would not accepted my request so I also did it in front of one of the girls and she saw the same thing the thing they could come back tomorrow. They were going to Contact someone for me but I have not been feeling well , I'm going for surgery in January I'm disabled there are days I can't leave the house because of the pain that I suffer every day 24 a day . I have had 14 major back Surgeries and I am being operated on my hips for SI Joint Disorder I go in January 12th 2018 . She told me that I would have to come back to be able to help me . I know that this will be resolved when I'm able to get there. Joseph DiStephano

I was the only customer when I got there. I wanted a payday loan. After I filled out all the information the woman said sit down call you in a couple minutes. It turns out a couple minutes is 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go her again and I highly recommend you go anywhere else
