Excellent Teller service, no waiting in line. Teller staff always friendly, knowledgeable & eager to assist customers. They offer answers to all questions. If you should need specialized service an option- In a separate office- is to video-chat with a staff member, which offers you all answers (pleasantly!). (i.e. if you want to oprn/move your IRA Acct). There is * Handicapped Parking directly in f ft ont of the entrance. Atmosphere is consistently professional.

When I bought a vehicle, rates were competitive and easy to set up online. Paid the loan off early and never revised my title. Contacted customer support for them to let me know I get the inconvenience of tracking it down or get a duplicated title. I used walk in service with the Potranco branch and of course they were useless too. I had heard other customers having troubles with RBFCU before I became a member but dismissed it thinking it was a one off scenario. Now, it seems status quo.

After 10 years of having my account, they made me regret banking with them. Zero customer service from the main headquarter employee, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told I would receive a call but no one did.

Professional, helpful, and I feel my money has been secure and advantageous being at Randolph Brooks.
