Public Service Credit Union Vreeland Rd, Flat Rock

I had to start going to this location because the service credit union at Fort and Sibley closed. If you aren't a member of that branch, you HAVE to go INSIDE. What difference does it make if you provide proof you have an account with a credit union with they are affiliated? Also, I have a few different accounts there. Money was taken out of a shared account and not out of the account number I wrote on the bank slip. What's the point in writing it on the bank slip if the tellers aren't going to look at it? I had to make yet another trip to the bank to straighten out the account mix up.

Everyone in this location is polite, kind and courteous. Except Roberta, she is very rude and stand offish.

Always have a positive experience at the Flat Rock branch. Roberta Healy is friendly and professional.
