Prosperity Bank Main St, The Colony

I just want to say that I never never never write reviews but after the phone call I had today....If I could give this bank a zero I would..I called today and the main lady that is there asked "Me why am I calling this bank asking for help if I live in Fort Worth" (Who ask that to there customers) and I told the lady that my school that I teach at is closer to The Colony and I needed my verification form with my bank information on it so I can send it to my new school so I can get paid (Direct Deposit).The woman asked me for information and I gave her everything that she asked for to prove it was me and she made it out to be as if I was trying to steal my own identity . I was told that I was gonna have the paper emailed over last week and never received it . I have been with Prosperity Bank since 2005 and never been treated like the way I was treated today. I'm considering now if I even want to bank with them anymore and just move my money to one of my other accounts I have.

Went to check on a check that was written for me.a nice lady name Denise help me with options that i can do with out given me any info on the account. she ask for help from a coworker who never look me in the face,treated me like I stole the check,called the person who gave me the check in private and said I can't give out info on the account, I never asked her to and told Denise not to help me because I'm not a customer. we were trying to see why the company keep rejecting it if nothing is wrong with it, I became a customer when I walked in the door,she didn't ask if I had a account with them by the way, Denise has great people skills and she treated me with respect which is what that bank needs she deserves 5stars

This bank is a great one. It has a small, hometown feel as they take such good care of their customers. I am happy to have my money with the loyal men and women at Prosperity. They will go beyond the call of duty for you. Awesome experience.

Have been with this bank over a year. Consistently, always 110% customer service, from teller thru management. The negative reviews are not reasonable with considering the reasons or omission of complaint reasons. I had to take a minute to post a positive about this branch, something most of us are guilty of not taking the time to do when all is good. Thank you Prosperity

Worst customer service. Worst mortgage application process, the just ghost their customers. Don't waste your time, don't come with them, do whatever you can to go to another bank before considering this one. Costed us thousands on overhead expenses and at the end they just don't answer the phone.... worst experience I ever had

Love this bank and the staff. They are always super sweet and eager to help. Never have to wait in line or sit on hold. They are wonderful to work with and extremely helpful with business and personal accounts.

Yesterday was my first and last visit to this branch. This teller Renee has a nasty discriminating attitude towards Hispanics. And she's supposedly employee of the year. She should be Karen of the year.

Wanted to charge a 1.5 percent fee to my customers to cash A check . Won't open account to put added costs to my customers

Had a manager accuse me of attempting to steal my own identity lol. Terrible management that shows through into the small details.
