Where oh where did Mr. Richard go????? I never believed in paying banks to keep my money, until I met Richard at Prestige Credit Union. Unfortunately Richard is no longer at this bank, and believe me the difference is noticeable. Richard knew EVERYTHING & he did EVERYTHING above and beyond. I was so impressed I told others about his greatness and they too opened accounts at Prestige. However now that he’s gone no one seems to know how to do simple account procedures....except for Denise. She’s AMAZING as well. I just don’t understand why the new member account officer (Richard) who did EVERYTHING for everybody is no longer there. Maybe that’s why he’s no longer there, he got tired of being the “Do EVERYTHING for EVERYBODY worker”??? Oh well I’m back to my own banking. Oh yeah my friends closed their accounts as well.

I had been banking with prestige for 4 years long relationship they have my 2 cars refinanced with them never missed any payments on anything. After asking for a personal loan to consolidate not only did the credit committee deny me but they took my 5000.00 limit credit card and told me they are restricting access/ denying any further use on my card. Very disappointed I thought there was some loyalty to your customers but I was mistaken.

I would give them a zero if it were possible. I set up the account with the intention to apply for an auto loan (since CUs are traditionally known to have better rates). First of all, it took a couple of calls, back and forth to get online access. As if that wasn’t enough, I put in my loan application and it was an ordeal. Mind you, I have an excellent credit (784) with a very good income and no derogatory report whatsoever, on my credit. Guess what? I called and called on the status of the application for weeks. The lady told me it was being approved but because I dont have a history of auto loan, they would need an approval from the board. It was the most preposterous thing I have heard in a while. I work in the financial service industry and I know the dynamics of how credit works. Its the third week and I still never heard from them. I want to believe the company has selective treatment because there was absolutely no reason for suppressing my application. Eventually, I got preapproved with Capital One, Toyota financial and Honda financial services and even got a fantastic rate, due to my credit. Congratulations for lost business. I will never recommend this particular credit union to anybody.

Jeanie Donaldson has the best customer service skills so I wanted to give her a shout out today. This weekend I went to an event at The Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine. I was very concerned because I noticed duplicate charges from the Valet service I used. I was very upset and worried. I notified Jeanie and she let me know everything was going to be o.k. She explained that the Valet service had to close out before it would post correctly to my account. Thank you for always going over and beyond to help me Jeanie!

Multiple times I have set up automatic payment on my credit card and multiple times it has 'mysteriously' stopped leading to my card accruing a balance and negatively impacting my credit score. While they were pleasant enough to work with, this is completely unacceptable. While I'm going to take a hit to my credit rating for cancelling the card it's going to save me from dealing with consequences of incompetence on the banks end. I would not recommend using this bank.

We have had an auto loan here since 2017 and the most amazing experience with Lamonte Mcllveen. We began to struggle financially due to covid and then one thing after another was happening where we could not keep up anymore. Our teenage daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of ovarian cancer in September of 2020 and we decided to let the truck go. Lamonte stepped up and helped every step of the way, he worked with us by giving us options on what to do that would best benefit us. Lamonte went well out of his way to help us, even more than my own family. We will never forget this extraordinary experience and all that he has done for us.
