This review applies to my loan agent - Ben Wong. Pros: Knowledgeable, prompt, streamlined application and platform, lowest rates between Quicken/Rocket and Loan Depot. Cons: None. There was one time we weren't able to get an appraiser to finish within the timeline, so the lender helped with some credits. The most note-worthy thing about my experience was the way information was requested, uploaded, and shared. The documents were readily available for each new refi/purchase, making my life so much easier compared to other lenders. I seriously don't know why other companies don't invest in the same kind of system for their clients!
