Well… I called to settle a debt. First it’s a really old one !! They only wanted to give $150.00 off the balance!! 🤦‍♂️ really Guys!! This debt is like 10 years old!!! Get a life !!

Well,well, this company is a scam, I was making my payments, and after I paid them more than $500 dollars in payments, instead of the balance going down it went up, by more than $400 dollars, so now I'll see them in court, cause they're trying to take advantage of the little guy, and they're being dishonest.

Always Great customer service, I have used telephone to get payment support, i have used online text chat for payment support, and it has always been great and easy service! The actual website is very easy to navigate and do standard payments on as well.

This place is incredibly irritating I've asked them over 20 times to remove my number from their list they keep calling me asking for someone who this number does not belong to any more I'm really getting sick of it they're calling me all day while I'm at work I'm going to figure out how to report them because this is absolutely ridiculous
