PNC will refuse to honor you a refund if someone commits fraud on your account using Zelle. Had someone send money from my bank account using both Zelle and Paypal. Charges were refunded for the $160 Paypal transaction without a problem, but PNC refused to refund the additional $160 Zelle payment because "I had money in my spend account and wasn't in a dire financial situation." Keep in mind I was fighting COVID during this week and was unable to attend work. Zero compassion at this branch. Whether or not I still have money in my account should be irrelevant to the fact that I lost $160 of my hard-earned money fraudulently. I can only speak positively of the teller Collin, who helped me tirelessly for a week trying to get the situation fixed. He did all he could, and that's where the effort ends with this branch. The higher ups do not care. I have been banking with PNC for 5+ years. I will be closing my account and making sure I let everyone know if they want to be protected in cases of fraud, to not EVER bank with PNC. You won't get your money back. I will be filing a complaint.

I took my mom here to open an account and Katie aquilanti was very nice and helpful everyone was wearing a mask and less than an hour my mom had her debit card in her hand.

Walking in I had a very nice greeter who was very helpful. The lady at the counter however was not as great. Her name was Jocelyn and she seemed like she did not want to be there. The other two employees had great customer service but she was severely lacking. Hopefully when you go there you dont get her. Found out she is the supervisor there. If Jocelyn is their standard for a supervisor I will not go back to that place. I talked to a few of my friends and they all say she is a horrible bank teller who lacks customer service.

It’s about time that I took the time to give this place a review! A+ for customer service! Everyone here that I’ve came to contact with and everytime I needed something for my personal AND business accounts, my concerns and/or needs were met with their professional attention. There are two individuals specifically that I like to give a “shoutout” to, their branch manager Samantha, who from the first time She introduced herself to me, had been nothing but in her problem solving mode and always happy to help. EVERYTIME I had a business account need, if she couldn’t handle it herself because of her busy schedule, she would assign a member of her team to me immediately to help. Which led me to meet a Relationship Banker at this branch, Michael, who again was nothing but eager to help and super responsive to all of my account needs. Absolutely enjoy the personal AND their professional attention that I receive from this branch. I’ve been a PNC Bank customers for over 13 years and I am thrilled to be able to lean on Samantha and her team at the Cranberry location for any of my personal and business needs. Keep it up team! So glad that I bank with PNC BANK.

There is a teller by the name Felicia, who lives by the name “BYE Felicia”. She brushed my financial situation, as well as set blame to the other bank involved. I wouldn’t recommend going to her for any advice unless it has to do with her outside of the facility.

As I was in line for the drive through bank today I had the unfortunate experience of hearing one of your wonderful bank tellers being SCREAMED at by some woman. I just wanted to commend the bank teller on keeping her cool with the woman, and trying everything she could to appease her. You did a great job under pressure!!

Not sure where people are having a bad experience at this bank. I've been banking with them for my business for 6 months and go in there frequently for deposits and change. Everyone is always very friendly, always greeting me at the door and the tellers always do a great job with everything I need. Anytime I need to speak to someone regarding my accounts, loans or anything, they are right on top of everything, answer my questions fully and generally go out of their way to the care of me. I've had employees stop by my business to get things signed or drop off items for me even. I never have any issues contacting someone specific at the branch either. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

My wife realized she had left for a four-hour road trip without cash, card, or ID. We called the PNC Cranberry branch on Freedom Road and the manager who answered the phone was very kind and understanding. She invited her into the branch, verified her personal info, and arranged a cash withdrawal to complete the trip. My wife was very relieved, and we were impressed with the professionalism and care of the manager.

I had to go to the bank this past weekend so I could update my name change since getting married. It was a Saturday, so I walked in and was greeted by the man at entrance. He asked what could help me with, and I said I just need to do a name change. He asked me if I made an appoitment. I said 'No' cause who ever heard of needing an appoitment to go to the bank??? He said 'oh, without an appointment, we may not be able to get to you today since we are so busy' Are you kidding me?? He eventually said he would look to see what he can do. He said 'I know a name change takes like 5 min, but Saturdays we are just so busy, you should come on like a Tuesday at 11am (well sorry, i have a job so I cant come when its convenient for you!) A couple minutes later, the gentleman managed to find someone to "fit" me in. A lady helped me and did my name change. I sat down and 3 MINUTES LATER I WAS OUT THE DOOR. Didnt realize doing some thing sooooo simple was going to be such a darn headache!!!! The lady who helped me was really nice tho. Worst experience I had at a bank in my life. "Make an appointment"....you serious????

I make cash deposits 5x a week here, and tonight the drive-thru ATM took my deposit and then the screen said, “Temporarily out of service. Please call your branch office.” If this bank honors my deposit, I’ll change my review. The bottom line is that these machines are old and this one sounded slower than usual and then it robbed me. Ugh!!!
