Not open on weekends?? High employee turn-over, so there are no well-trained tellers and they often only have one station open with a new employee manning it while there are three or more employees at their desks NOT helping customers. Also, I don't get the buzzer, they aren't even that popular of a bank. None of the other, nationwide, well-known banks in the area(even in the same parking lot) have this hoop to jump through.

I absolutely love Patelco Credit Union! This branch has some of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and kind people I’ve met at a bank. I feel very comfortable talking about my finances with them. If you decide to go credit union, this should be your choice!

I don't usually post Google reviews, but seeing a 2.7 rating is inaccurate, and I felt compelled to share my experiences with Patelco. I am a long time member. I joined Patelco after leaving a "leading" big bank. I am old school, so I called to make an appointment (was told no appt was needed) then went into my local branch. Becoming a member was an extremely quick and painless experience. The associate who helped me was pleasant and helpful - and VERY knowledgeable. From start to finish was less than 30 minutes. incredibly quick. Without going into too many details, I have never had a bad experience with Patelco. Their credit card interest rates are extremely competitive - and do not fluctuate like other bank cards do. I have had an auto loan and a loan for my toy hauler through them, both of which were quick and painless. I truly feel bad for those folks who feel the need to bash an entity based on a single experience. On my recommendation, at least 5 different people have joined Patelco. I have no problem endorsing them, and more accurately I encourage people to leave Citi Fargo of America every chance I get.

It takes over half an hour to reach them by phone and if you go in the branch you weight easily just as long. And you have to get buzzed in even though all the businesses around there are walk-ins.

Not a member but belong to sister credit union. Went in to exchange a dollar for pennies. Let that sink in. One dollar. For two rolls of pennies. I was turned away as it's not their policy to exchange with non members I guess? I'm not robbing you people. I'm exchanging money. Even trade. Pennies. ...you earned a one star rating over pennies. I bet my own credit union does this to non members, too. Terrible policy.

I've been a member for 46 years and have always been very satisfied with the friendly service and range of products.

Super friendly, know me by sight. Always a quick visit.

Customer service by phone is horrible. Cannot locate my branch direct phone number and on hold way to long to get a questions answered.
