    We did an exhaustive multi-dealer search when looking for our new car, which included: Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda, Ron Tonkin Honda, and Dick's Hillsboro Honda. In every interaction, we immediately prepared for the salesman onslaught... and did receive it on varying levels.     We initially communicated with Anna Garcia via telephone about two 2004 Honda Pilots on the lot in the late morning. We decided to make the trip to Wilsonville from the Eugene area to compare the two vehicles. We were already leaning towards the lower mileage vehicle. When we arrived, Zac met me in the building and identified himself as the customer service/sales person. We hit it off immediately as he was very friendly and easy going. I too am in sales and believe I have a similar approach. Zac was very professional and informative. He made the process of buying a used car "easy" and once he knew we were moving forward, he tried to get us out of the store as quickly as possible knowing it was just paperwork from that point forward. Jeff Gilmore in management was very personable and when it came to getting our financing, he made it work. Brandie helped with paperwork and she was also friendly and helpful. I was curious enough about Parker Johnstone, the owner, to ask questions about his race cars on display and other character questions and everyone seemed to be enamored with him. I was curious and looked him up (Wikipedia). Talk about "the most interesting man in the world!" That guy has to be a runner up or the real deal! I would love to meet him sometime. For now, I will have to settle with his representatives/employees at his dealership. They reflected him well. Sold on Honda all over again. This makes us an all Honda household... 1976 Honda CB750, 1998 Honda Accord EX, 2000 Acura RL and now our "new" 2004 Honda Pilot EX-L!

    Zac Dreyer, sales representative was absolutely fantastic to work with. No pressure, knowledgeable and represent himself and the dealership in a very positive manner. The sales manager and finance person were wonderful also. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years and know that dealerships like this are not the norm. I give Mr. Johnstone a lot of credit for creating a staff that is so competent. It starts from the top and this dealership is run the right way.     In 2006 I requested bids from 3 dealers for a 2006 Accord. The bid from Parker Johnstone was a fair price and the entire purchase was a smooth and enjoyable transaction. None of the "I'll have to go talk to my CFO" games. I always have my Accord serviced there, and the entire Service Department is courteous and efficient. I recommend Parker Johnstone Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. I'll buy my next vehicle from them.

    Buying the new odyssey was so easy at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. Our sales person, Kim Posey was very good. She never forced us to go with one particular model or the other, was very patient with our million questions. On top, Hulio (sorry, I think I spelled the name correctly) made great deal on my Toyota Prius trade off. They didnt have the color/trim that we wanted, they even got it for us in time at a great price. Over all, the experience so far with Wilsonville Honda is Excellent. thanks -Anant

    Reason for bringing vehicle to service: My 2007 Civic Si seemed to be consuming more oil than it should. First visit: Brandon greeted me from the service team. While he was very professional he looked a little confused. The reason for this I found out in a matter of moments. The Civic I brought in was his a few years ago. (Small world!) After a short reunion with his old flame, he got the service team right on the task at hand. After about 30 minutes the team had found that the amount of oil being consumed was as expected for the Si. While most service shop would stop here, the team went much further and found that my engine area was missing a total of 6 bolts. (Who looks at bolts....) The team did an oil change and replaced as many of the bolts as they had in stock. (2 had to be ordered) We re-scheduled a time that the bolts could be replaced and an oil consumption test, performed. Second visit: Jose greeted me with coffee in hand, well not for me but there was some for me in the waiting area :). I was impressed with the attitude that Jose and Jennette had at 7 am. Jose got my car in for the bolts and to test the oil level. 35 minutes later my car was good to go. During the moments while my car was undergoing its beauty treatment form the service team, I hassled Jose and Jennette as much as I could to test their early morning awareness. I have to say these 2 are sharp and very funny. Both were very engaging and took the time to joke with me while still performing their duties. The whole ambiance of the place seemed too good to be true but please take my word for it, These guys are the real deal and are extremely trustworthy. (Service and trust are not synonymous enough these days). I am writing this in hopes that it reaches Mr. Johnstone and brings a smile to his face much like his entire service team did to me. Mr. Johnstone, your service team has just cemented your sales team a customer. Your dealership will be my, and my family's, first stop (hopefully only stop) on our future journeys for a new vehicle.
