Lost my debit card so I canceled and reordered. Waited 3 weeks and never received it. Finally called and was told they didn't know what happened to the first. Ordered another one and changed address. Lady said I was good to go. Waited 3 more weeks. Called back and the 2nd was never even sent.. I understand people are training but that really messes up someone's day to day life

I have had all my auto loans with PARDA and just did a Home Equity Loan. Their rates are so competitive and the process was very easy! Everything went so smoothly with their AMAZING Team! Shout out to Leigh Hoppe & Angela Sleyter!!! I highly recommend them!

As a crypto trader, Parda has done more to ruin me financially than the Crypto crash and the pandemic combined. They block all of my crypto purchases from any and all sources randomly. So now that prices are low, I can't buy crypto to make money back. They allowed me to buy when prices were high though. They have a bot that auto blocks crypto as a "fraud" randomly and without warning. Ironically, it has now blocked me during every dip in the market which has cost me thousands of dollars in now unrealized profits. When you call in they say there's nothing they can do and they can't force my transactions through. Worst. System. Ever. I can't even use my own money that I worked hard for and earned to invest in assets that will make me more money.

I have been with parda for a couple years now. They are absolutely amazing they always go out of thier way to help me. Winda and tim at the holland location on 24th street are amazing and so sweet.

Angela Sleyter the lead MSR was the worst person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. It was black and white with her. Very nasty person. I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time at this branch. I wasted 8 1/2 hours and money with this credit union just to end up with a rude person shutting me down for lack of communication on their end.

Angela handled my case with care and grace. Shes a true hero to me and deserves all best
