I would give them a minus two stars if possible. I am taking about the UFCU company as a whole. We had an auto loan with them and I have never spoken to so many rude and /or unhelpful people as I have in dealing with their main office. Run far away from this company.

I love this branch! The staff is beyond friendly and provides the best experience every time.

I always have a great experience with the staff and the customer service line. Wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.

I’ve been banking with UFCU for quite some time now. I can’t recall a single issue I’ve had with them and the many branches I’ve been to. Being new to the area I expected that same experience would continue but, unfortunately that is not the case and I am disappointed with the service I have received at this branch location.

Called them and asked them a few questions to see if they could send me paper so I could update something that I wasn't able to over the phone and the lady I was talking to just went " Well what do you want then" with an attitude after I just told what I needed the form for. Do not go to this place for a loan or even a personal, business account. They don't know what respect is when it comes to customer service and they never stand by there phone call while your waiting for representative. Half the people there or (most of them I should say) don't what there doing. I got at least 10 different things a from representative that worked there. All this is true. Go United Federal Credit Union deny this review all you want cause you know its true.

We've banked here for over 12 years. Every person I've spoken to at the branch or through the 800# has been helpful and informative.

They have terrible customer service. If you need to call them for anything, it will turn into an endless list of phone prompts. Then there is the red tape...I had to change my email as they had it spelled wrong. Can't do that over the phone, had to wait 7-10 days to get a form in the mail. I've had enough!

They treat their current customers unfairly giving them worst rates than a new customer. Do not get a loan from them and pay it off because they won't give you another one after that because you become a current customer.

At United they have the most kind,, warm hearted Curtis staff. There HR staff does a great job picking out the best staff around.

They are always friendly and help me with whatever financial needs I have.
