My cousin (who's now deceased) did a loan with this two-bit loanshark outfit years ago. He said it was one of the worst decisions he ever made due to the high interst rates and horrible customer service (with their so-called bookkeeper as the stand out!). She was a complete joke! Wished I remembered the name but it was hard to since she wouldn't take calls nor provide an email for questions. Her job was to simply take your money and screw everything else. Her demeanor was horribly nasty (If you were lucky enough to reach her!). She was grossly lazy as well since it took over a couple months to get a simple payoff amount when my cousin wanted to refinance with another company. Don't just take my word for this. Ask around and you'll find the same sentiment from other folks who have dealt with this shady place.

hello everyone . throughout the years i have dealt with Oro financial many times. one thing very significant I have learned that when it comes to Cutomer service they are # one from my personal experience I have been through. also as far as to get you - finance they very very fair and -balanced and forthcoming they are. I personally would like to recommend you to stop by and meet the staff how friendly the staffs are .! I like to experience this for yourself.! Such a rude people wouldn’t want to do business here, the short lady I think her name is Lucy is incredibly rude and entitled with disgusting attitude towards people.
