Absolutely the worst. Avoid if at all possible. I traded my old camper in and they where a option on new camper that I got. Just the hassle of trying to pay them makes me really wish I'd kept my old camper. They deserve a minus star rating if it was possible

The people are always nice - but that does not always make a great bank or customer experience. How do you shut your online Bill Pay feature down for 4-5 days and think that is ok?? It not!!! One of the most important features of online banking and you do not provide an option for it why it is down for 4-5 days? Usually maintenance is done on these type of things at night or weekends and only down for a few hours. Terrible. The response that I got online is laughable at best. Better banking experience? What takes 5 days with no option to pay bills? I left First Tennessee after 24 years and never had any issues like this. This is not 1st class or top notch at all and whoever made the decision to do this shouldn't have a job there anymore.

I have been with this bank for a long time. They have gone down hill. Recent changes leave you waiting 35 calls to speak with someone. You cant get into most branches. They cant cash bonds, their instant tellers don't work half the time. Their drive throughs are designed to eat your car wheels. Closing my account today after 50 years.

My experience at this branch was far from pleasant. The staff was unprofessional and extremely rude. I personally dealt with Annette. She wasn’t knowledgeable enough to make my process smooth and was far more confusing and frustrating than necessary. She obviously didn’t want to be at work and definitely wasn’t too keen on helping me through my requests. I don’t recommend this bank for a personable experience.

Over one month ago I asked customer service to elevate me to a supervisor. They put me through to a voicemail. I left a detailed message and asked for a return call. The return call was never received. Today around 9:00 a.m, I had a problem with a transaction. I called Customer service and was told I was 18th in line. It gave me the option for a call back. I tried multiple times throughout the day with similar results. I never received a callback. I tried again at 4:45 and actually got thru. They said card was locked due to multiple attempts with incorrect password. Card is used weekly and we know our passwords. Rep was not helpful and seemed put out. I have two accounts totaling over 200K. I am a financial services professional and this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will be closing accounts asap.

This credit union is absolutely terrible. I've tried to stick with them due to their high interest on checking accounts, but I can't deal with them another day. My card was fraudulently charges several times a day by the same business, a Chik-fil-a in another state. The charges were in whole dollar amounts and the total fraudulent charges were thousands. They never alerted me, but I caught it. Then, I tried to contact them. I waited hours on the phone. It would say I was next in line. Then, it would say I was the third caller in line. Then, it would say several callers were ahead of me. I tried to get an appointment with their online scheduler, but I never got the call back. My account continues to be charged and I have no options. The drive thru said to go online for an appointment since the inside is closed. Absolutely terrible.

Poor customer service. Refused to assist me in person when I could not get the vehicle I was in through the drive through so I had to stand in the drive through, hoping I would not get run over, while I made a deposit. Every other business is open, it’s time you figure out how to better help members instead of putting them at risk.
