Mrs. Toni has been a great help. It all starts with communication. We are all busy and sometimes there’s a delay in responses but she always gets back to me. If you just communicate with her things will be ok. I do recommend this company!

The WORST place ever my mom and I have been trying to get a mortgage statement from these people for MONTHS now, and they don’t answer calls or give call backs or answer emails. And when my mom has tried to reach the department through alternative ways we were told this lady “Tony” was going away for vacation and couldn’t help us. As if we’re not the reason she has funds to go on a vacation in the first place. Something suspicious is going on here as to this day they still do not want to provide us with a loan mortgage. Long story shorty Stay away from this scamming place!!!!!!

OpenDoor LOAN SERVICING is an excellent company and is NOT the same company as Open Door Realty!! I’m a real estate investor and see that so many people think the two companies are the same. I’ve been a long term client of Toni Harris of OpenDoor Loan Servicing and just cannot say enough good things. As an investor, this company made my life easier, and that’s invaluable. They process the mortgage payments, take care of the escrow accounts, taxes, etc, and their fees are paid by the mortgagee, not the investor/lender/seller financier. I highly recommend OpenDoor Loan Servicing!

Payments not properly posted. I recd late notices when I was paid ahead. Insurance and taxes paid late, Verifications completed incorrectly (I wonder how many people were denied loans because of this). Mom and daughter operation in a rent by the month office.

They are wonderful people and a great company.
