Cancelling a 15 year old legacy bank account because the lady at the desk had 0 interest in helping me retain the features I was losing in the move. She was super hostile and defensive. Terrible customer service.

This bank has superb customer service! These representatives are always professional, kind, and caring. They greet you by name, and the services are always fast so if you have to wait in line there's little to no wait time.

If you are going to charge your customers a fee to process something, you should inform them. I went into a branch to send a wire transfer, making it clear that I had not done this before. I get home and find out that I have been charged a fee for this!! Why wouldn’t the person at my bank let me know? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

There should be an option for no stars. The drive thru teller is extremely slow. I was the only person in the drive thru. If you are looking to make a quick deposit don't go. They are rude to you as well. No greeting or anything. Poor customer service.

Thsy act offended/annoyed that i deposited change. Don't speak, just sigh n take it from me to recount. Only got a mumbled 'here ya go', when handed a receipt.

This bank has gone completely down hill since bought out by prosperity bank. Service is terrible and slow. Run.

Always courteous staff and they remember each customer. I enjoy banking here.
