The agents at one main financial work seamlessly and are on pace in executing those transactions which meet a pre qualified standard. I had my loan deposited within only two days!

Manager of office is Paula White, doesn’t answer phone calls, doesn’t help. Assistant manager Katarzyna Masacrenhas is also no help. Then they have 6 “loan specialist” that also cannot answer phones for some reason; Carmita, Sunita, Guy, Vincent, Jasandra, and Raymond. Don’t expect any help from this office.

The location in Westbury never returned my calls or emails and let my loan application expire without reaching out to me after I submitted all documents in a timely fashion way ahead of time I will take my business elsewhere do not recommend

Our loan office was great . Although he was pretty hard to get in touch with and we had to come to the branch twice to close on the loan . We also was under the impression we would walk out with a check being that the interest on the loan starts the day we signed . Then we were told it will be direct deposit into our bank acct. in 3 business days . We signed on a Thursday so it is now Tuesday so still no deposit. Just happy this will be paid off by December

First things first, Vinny (Vincent) is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff. Although I was approved for up to $9200, I only wanted $1500 to repair my car. Vinny took a look at my credit report and saw I was paying $352 a month for car payments. He suggested I take the whole $9200, pay off my car, still have $ left over, and my payment would be $270... Which is less than my car payment! At first I said no and he didn’t pressure me at all. He suggests things and explains why it would benefit you, but doesn’t make you feel pressured, and that’s what I love about him. Also, the approval process is super quick and easy, as long as all your paperwork is in order. I got my funds the very next day!

One Main financial application process is not difficult. However I had a negative experience at this branch. I received a phone call on a Saturday regarding my application and the person on the phone has poor customer service skills and didn’t give me enough details about the reason for their call in the first place. I called several times the following Monday to speak with someone and couldn’t reach anyone at this office. I even left voicemails. I tried again on Tuesday and when I did reach someone they scheduled me for an appointment for Friday. When I walked in on Friday they had no record of my scheduled “appointment”. I mentioned to the person handling my application that I have been trying to reach them and the office in general all week and they said “sorry we’re busy”. Everyone in the office looked angry and the person that was working with me wasn’t very welcoming. I don’t recommend going to this branch at all. In the end I did not move forward with the loan. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone.

Their representative's try to lock their customers into a service they offer called "Direct Pay", I do not recommend this lender. Shop around, especially if you're not the "traditional" borrower.

The Loan Agent would call, leave a voicemail and then not respond in a timely manner. The Loan Agent also rejected a required photo submittal without any information as to why it was rejected (the SS card was not signed). The Loan agent provided conflicting/confusing information as to what was required the day of the loan closing. The department was blunt (boarding rude) and ineffectual in resolving a scheduling issue as well as providing any clarification on the conflicting information only re-directing to back to the Loan Agent. The loan was successfully completed.

i was just approved for a loan. They told me 48hrs they will contact me. 3days later no call. Now i decided to call and they say yes you are approved someone will call you. 3 days later no call so now i look at google reviews and notice the terrible complaints. I don't want this loan anymore i borrowed the $5,000 dollars from my company at ZERO percent. Thanks ONE MAIN

I attempted to take a small loan from them for credit card consolidation. They asked for more paperwork which I provided then I couldn’t get in contact with carmita. I called 3 times and the branch kept saying she will call me back. She never did. When I finally reached her she was very rude and asked for more paperwork again. At that point it had been 2 weeks since I applied. They are so dishonest and they did not offer me loan or interest rate that I Prequalified for. I applied with UPSTART and got a lower interest rate and had my loan money within 3 business days of provide my paperwork. Go with upstart one main in Westbury is dishonest, inefficient and unprofessional.
