Chase Bank Post Ave, Westbury

Ive been waiting for the teller to complete my transaction. He is currently not paying attention to me and talking to another teller and another banker. They are talking about where they are from, the cars they drive, etc. This is absolutely unprofessional, I have places to be, he is making me late to get my daughter from day care. I don't ever expect this type of customer service specially for my business accounts.

Spoke with a woman to help with a question I had with my credit card and she ended up not only ordering a replacement card for my debit cards (not credit card) with new numbers (which see said wouldn’t happen), but deactivated both of my old debit cards as if they had been stolen. Do NOT go to this branch for anything that requires more brain power beyond depositing and withdrawing money because trust me, you’ll be disappointed.

Don't go here for notary services. As a chase private client I am extremely angry with them, have the idea to take out 100k in savings and go to a different bank. I make an appointment to see the notary and then when I get there they say she's busy and I have to come back in an hour okay fine I come back in one hour and then she refuses to sign my documents for some arbitrary reason. I provided i v i provided my signature if there is no reason why she shouldn't be able to do it because I went to a REAL notary down the street and she did it in two seconds. It's complete b/s. Oh and the fact wilhen they find out you have money they harass you to do their stupid investment fund. High fees and low returns that barely beat inflation. Screw chase

Terrible branch. I wouldn't do business here. Had a chase account and just closed it up. I keep a lot of money in my account and I came in to get a certified check was told to come another day. Could not close on a business deal today due to these fools.

Just moved into the area. My wife and I went inside this branch to open up a sizeable checking account. Was turned away and told to come back another day. Place was not busy at all and it was early afternoon. Chase should close down this branch if they are turning away $$$$$

Chase won't accept durable power of attorney. Branch people limited by bank policy. Not their fault. My issue is with Chase Corporation. Jennifer V. was professional and really tried to help.

Easy to see right off of Post Avenue servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Personal loans and mortgages are available. Staff is ok. We will most likely be going back.

They consolidated 3 branches into one I had been a victim of wire fraud they did help at all

Came here to open a new bank account and was turned away and told to come back tomorrow without explanation even though they were not at all busy. Would never come here again.

This must be a training branch for Chase employees. There's never the same faces at the teller window or in management. I would never do any personal banking here.
